Absolutely delicious food and beautiful presentation! Excited to see the unique flavors and tradition of Oaxacan dishes make their way into the Atlanta food scene. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The outdoor patio dining was a really nice experience too.

Oaxaca is a great addition to Chamblee’s restaurant scene. They have a nice covered patio that offers a fantastic setting for outdoor dining on a beautiful day and their menu is creative, offering a wide range of mouthwatering dishes that showcase the flavors and traditions of Oaxaca.

Lovely place !!! Service is great, atmosphere, and the food is very good. We ordered a lot. Best things are – Guacamole with crispy tortillas, patty’s bravas, Taco with fried flounder, birria and for desert the churros and meringue with corn cream sounds strange but was awesome!!

Easily one of my favorite experiences in Atlanta so far! Oaxaca was such a pleasant surprise. The Chamblee location on a perfect weather day honestly felt like we had left the city and were on vacation. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a true nod to free time and relaxation with family and friends. Our server, David, was wonderful! He was very kind and patient with us and explained the importance and make-up of each dish we ordered. He was so helpful and made the experience amazing for us! Our food was absolutely delicious and this authentic Oaxacan cuisine is one we thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be back! We highly recommend the fried plantain side to go with any dish!

We stopped in for our first visit recently and it was Sunday brunch time. The menu is unique and interesting and I settled on a Caesar salad and the quesa birria. The food was excellent, highly flavorful and beautifully plated. I especially enjoyed the different salsas. Soda comes in a can which I don’t love but I’ve noticed is becoming more common. Service was spotty at best. Our order was taken, food delivered and check delivered and that was about it. The restaurant itself is beautiful but a bit loud.

This place absolutely exceeded expectations. We were given a lot of information about the cuisine and our server was sure to let us know her favorites on the menu. The manager Cesar also spoke with us and was super friendly and welcoming. The food was all fresh and creative. The guac still had fresh flowers in it. They also had a great variety of mocktails which I really recommend.

Not a chips and salsa place, and that’s great! Authentic Oaxacan food in an open, welcoming setting. We enjoyed everything we had and Zayra was an amazing server. It took us back to Oaxaca, which we visited in May. Birria de Res was legit!!
