Tasty and conveniently located steps from our hotel room. Menu isn’t huge but has a good assortment of freshly prepared options and generous portions. The prices are reasonable and a small discount is applied when you stay at the hotel. The avocado toast was a bit too generous of a portion so a half order option would have been appreciated.

I ordered the salmon melt breakfast, should be called canned salmon with cheese square breakfast, would it be good as a lunch maybe, but you’re on the coast, and should disclose if you are using canned salmon. Kids had eggs, bacon, potatoes, and pancakes, pretty standard fare and liked well enough by the kids. Wife had biscuits and gravy with eggs which was decent enough. Bakery items were all but gone at 8:40am on a Tuesday , if you have the name bakery, you probably should have baked goods… Service was top notch and coffee was good. I probably would have rated it higher if I had ordered something different and they had more bakery items.

The Ocean Bakery Cafe is one of the few spots in seaside that actually has a few vegan options. The breakfast avocado toast is delicious and the lunch / dinner menu lists an impossible burger. Glad to see some vegan options in seaside!

It was the first place to open at 6:30 but not great coffee, got a 16 white choc mocha and ended up getting a shot at a different coffee shop and added it so I could taste the coffee. Cute place once you figured out to go in through the hotel lobby and the food looked good, but I wouldn’t go back for coffee.

Great place for breakfast if you can make it till 11am. A little bit on the expensive side but still. Great service as well. This place even has a bar with 21+ if you’re into this. Hopefully it’s not for the morning but who knows. Sometimes a little beer in the morning can be very helpful.

The waitress was so rude and frankly displayed repulsive behavior. She told me after I ordered a coffee that I could only stay for a while unless I ordered more. So I ordered more coffees because she gave me a ridiculous arbitrary rule that one coffee equaled one hour spent in the restaurant. I am sure she doesn’t enforce that rule with everyone. It felt discriminatory. Like there was a dress code for the place. I didn’t realize I had to pay by the hour. And then they kicked me out anyway because I rested my head on the couch for five minutes. No other restaurant or coffee shop has ever treated me so heinously and with complete dismissal. It triggered a mental breakdown for me. They need to check their elitism and do better.
