The food was great. Communication when ordering was difficult. I’m guessing they were very busy with delivery orders as the inside was just us and one other table of 2. Staff were getting frustrated with each other. I’m assuming about priorities with customers vs bussing tables as they he kept pointing over at our table with tearing into a woman. But the good was great and nobody was hurt.

I knew when they served our first appetizer fried dumplings and the sauce had a strange lump floating around in it I had made a bad choice of restaurants. Most of my discouragement was based on the service because they were way understaffed. 2 items we ordered never arrived, each dish was delivered to the table individually with several minutes between leaving my daughter just watching us eat while we hoped hers was coming.

Increddddible for steamboat standards! My boyfriend and I were hesitant because Sambi was horrific, but Ocean Dragon is delicious. We are so stoked to have some good Chinese food in steamboat! The lo mein is my absolute favorite and we’ve tried sesame chicken, general tso chicken, drunken noodles, crab rangoons, and two sushi rolls so far. Everything has been great! Thank you Ocean Dragon! We will be regular customers for their solid efforts and great prices!
