My husband made reservations for my birthday . Very disappointing he found a metal piece of dish scrubber in his whisky bacon . Manager took off . Service was great ! But the food did not live up to my expectations. Lobster was dry , did not taste fresh , my husbands seabass was just bland as it looked . Cream corn was ok. We were sat with the rest of Asian family by the bathroom . With open tables in the main area . At that point I knew this was not going to be a place I’d like to come back too .

I went to this steakhouse while it was referred to as the American Cut. Overall, I had a great experience the name at the time spoke highly of the trophied selection for nice cuts of meat. My wife and I shared a bone-in ribeye with some of the Lucious and delicate sides of fresh blue cheese, macaroni, French fries, and their in house bread.

My best friend and I went to AC to celebrate my doctorate graduation. We both ordered our steak medium well and sent it back 4-5x because it came back rare every single time. See pics below! Our server (Sedat) could not have been more understanding or embarrassed. He was excellent!! We were there for hours without a complete meal. We spoke to the Manager Greg and he had the nerve to still charge us for our drinks after a meal gone completely wrong at this fine dining steak house. IMO, terrible customer service and experience for FINE dining. After a dinner fiasco like that we should not have been charged for anything!

The service was very bad in this restaurant, at one point I had to walk around the restaurant and look for a server because our server kept forgetting about us. We order the porterhouse, medium but honestly was rare from the inside so we had to send it back, I understand the meat was very thick but still it was so hard for us to eat it so at the end we didn’t even eat half of it, we send the steak back and it was cold and still rare. Very bad experience for us so I don’t recommend eating here. The wine selection and drinks were wood but the food and service was very poor. We left very disappointed, we paid 300 usd for a bad experience. The bussers and runners were great, but the server wasn’t.

This place was pretty good! Here for the weekend for some R&R. I got a dogfishhead beer and a Miller lite for my drinks. My buddy got an espresso martini. It was pretty average. There wasn’t much espresso taste, and it was kind of watery. I ordered the ribeye cut with garlic mash and my buddy ordered the filet with the 5 cheese Mac. Everything tasted great. Although for $80, I would say my steak was above average, but definitely have had better. The Mac and mash were awesome. The bread to start was fresh and very soft. The cream cheese spread they pair it with seems to be mixed with carrots, green onion, and some other ingredients. We had extremely good service the entire time which is always great. All in all I would say it’s worth a visit.

Service was very good. Atmosphere was nice. The restaurant is beautiful, just would like better lighting and temperature control. The food, which is what you’re going there for, was eh. We enjoyed parts of our meal but there were many parts that had little to no taste. Would have liked better quality and consistency for the amount the food costs.
