Delicious sushi rolls and bowls! I love that it is family owned and that they involve their children. I bring this up as one reviewer seemed put off by this. A sweet little girl, who looked about 6 or so brought us chopsticks and napkins with a smile…..what wonderful and valuable work ethic they are learning by being involved. Kudos to the family for excellent food in a family friendly environment…. I brought my own littles and they really loved seeing a child their age helping ❤️ They now wants “jobs” too

Was my first time experience, and it was great! Food was delicious, didn’t wait long, and prices were fair for what I ordered! Try the Military specialty roll! So good. Can’t wait until next time haha!

Absolutely love this place! The chef had been serving us in Boise for many years and now he is here! We absolutely love everything about this place! Fresh sushi, wonderful helpful staff, clean restaurant, great atmosphere and a wonderful night out in town!

I tried Ocean Sushi for the first time today. Family ran and such kind and friendly staff. The sushi was absolutely delicious and my order was made quickly. I ordered three different rolls and can’t pick a favorite, they all were tasty! I’d definitely return and recommend Ocean Sushi.

Reminds me a lot of Sushi Bros in Boise! It truly is not bad. Very friendly and the staff are family. Which I didn’t mind at all! The nigiri was probably my favorite along with the Dragon Roll. My husband I split 4 different rolls and a lot of nigiri!

Meh. Extremely friendly staff. It’s family owned so there are always children there running around and crying and stuff. Probably won’t go back. I can get decent sushi at WinCo and I’m not picky so, like I said, “Meh.”

Had high hopes as I love sushi, but it was probably the most disappointing meal I’ve had in years. When we sat down at 545 there were 2 other people there, after 15 minutes all the tables were full. They all got ther food before us. 1 hour later my wife’s 1 roll she ordered showed up and was completely unedible. I ordered sashimi that took 45 minutes to get. Seriously 45 minutes for 12 prices of raw fish.

Not sure what people are seeing about this place. Teenager working the kitchen in the back, small child taking dishes to the back. There are child labor laws, Not sure how they are getting away with having children work here. Prices are what boise would charge for amazing sushi with nice presentation and atmosphere. Their coke machine was not working and they were using bottled drinks. Food was ok, but the place is concerning. I would not go back.

Great service and amazing sushi. We tried 5 or 6 of their special rolls and were not disappointed at all. We typically get sushi from Island Ramen and sushi in Boise and I would say these rolls were better than theirs. Very impressed.
