The food texture was spot on, but it was missing the marks on flavor. We had the traditional eggs Benedict. The English muffin was toasted beautifully, but bland – I would recommend toasting it with either butter or a flavorful fat, like prosciutto or bacon. The poached eggs were perfect. Absolutely perfect runny yolk. The hollandaise sauce was whipped to a perfect sabayon texture (light and airy) but the flavor really lacked and I would have preferred just a bit more of it! Adding a touch of tarragon vinegar before beating the eggs, then after the butter is incorporated, add another squeeze or two of fresh lemon and more salt salt at the end would really boost the flavor. Again, the technique is there, just not the flavor but that’s the easy part!

The place was nice and food was great. From the asian hostess to server, food runner was nice and very friendly. Our server is Madi shes very on top of our needs the whole time & Asked her a little favor if she could bring us a dessert for our anniversary, she never hesitate and did her best. I appreciate also the chef who did the word letterings for the cake it just made the night a little extra with great ambience and good live music. We will to love to dine here again.

Amazing food, wine list and atmosphere. Highly recommend sitting outside as they have heaters for the cold evenings and if you are not lucky note inside is just as great. They have a kids menu, which the food IS NOT bland but amazing also. Spent $100 pp which included apps, 2 bottles of wine, 2 mixed drinks, entrees for 5 guest and 3 desserts.
