My food was burnt and awful and missing from the fried green tomatoes was the relish. Barely any gravy on meat and when I asked for more, I was given about a quarter of a tiny condiment cup. It took about an hour to get my order. The meat was not edible. This was a $20 lunch! For what??? So disgusted.

I hate to say it, but this place isn’t what it used to be. Back when they first opened up, the service was really good. However, the last couple times I visited, I wasn’t so impressed. On our most recent visit, we were immediately seated, but didn’t see a waitress for about ten minutes for the drink order. Which by that time we already had our food order ready. It was a further 10 minutes till we received the drinks. And about twenty more for the food, at which point I had to request silverware to eat it with. My drink was empty shortly afterwards, but we never saw the waitress again until we received the bill. We received the bill a solid 20 minutes after we were all completely done with our food and just sitting there waiting. This would be fairly normal if it was a packed house, but there were actually several open tables. The waitress was friendly, but never around. The positive point is that the food was good and well priced. Sadly, I probably won’t be back.

This place was wonderful. Go here and ask for Jada M! She was a wonderful waitress. She was kind and funny and sweet! I came here on a Sunday night and had a party of 7 and got seated in 5 minutes. Even if I had to wait 45 minutes, I’d wait for the food! The food is proportional to the price. I was completely full after my meal. All the food was amazing and delicious. This is a perfect place for family, friends and date nights! Will definitely recommend to anyone!

All I can say is the WOW experience from the time we entered the door to order of service to hot and great tasting food which I had the stone grilled talipia over rice pilaf which by the way was not dried out I could go on but I will end with WOW

Poor service. No one to greet you at the front. When you finally get seated after waiting 10 min it takes another 30 min to get water. They need a more mature staff. To many teens that only care about there own personal lives. The manager had a wonderful personality but never returned to take our order. I got up after waiting 10 more minutes and was told we will be with you. Agter 5 more min I left. Food is always good but staff needs much improvement. Procedures need much improvement.

I always get great service whenever I’m here! Food is always hot, fresh & made special if asked! Even on my low carb lifestyle I find great choices! My server was very funny & the other hosts were friendly & welcoming! I felt like they were expecting me or either I was anticipating something; it was good for the kind of day I had!

Went on a Thursday night, got served drinks in about ten minutes and food around twenty-five minutes after ordering. Two friends ordered medium well and well done burgers and had no problems with undercooked meat. I ordered the chicken tenders with honey mustard and it plus the blackberry limeade were excellent. Can’t say I fell in love with the rolls like I did for Red Lobster’s Cheddar Bay Biscuits but I can see the appeal and they are good. Would definitely come again.

We went in as a family of 4, one of which was my 14 month old daughter. We were seated in a booth. The hostess who seated us did not ask if we needed a highchair or booster seat. Once our waiter came over we asked for a high chair. He was then told by another waitress they were not allowed where we were sitting. We then waited for about 10 or 15 minutes for them to clean off a table. Once we orded we waited about 30 minutes for our food. My spouse and I ordered steak. Both were over done. And my baked potato was cold. My son had steak tips and fries that he said was good. He did have to eat his fries without ketchup which the waiter eventually brought at the end of our meal. My daughter had shrimp bites. She ate them so my guess is they were good as well. Our waiter was very polite but very slow. We will not be back to that location.

Service bad!!! Waited 35 minutes to get weighted on after we were seated.took 40 minutes to get food after order was taken. Forgot to bring wife her baked potato. She had to ask for it. Another 20 minutes they brought it out. After she finished her steak.food was great. Service sucks!!!!! Took 20 minutes to bring us our bill. After we finished our meal.

Went Sunday for brunch with family… worst service ever. Kept asking for silverware. Cocktail took 20 minutes. Bread took 30 minutes. Order was slow coming out. No refills on the drinks. Asked for boxes several times. Family member ordered an additional meal to go amd it was brought out without a bag. It was just sat on the table .. had to ask for a bag. Asked for the manager.. that did nothing to fix the experience.. he seemed irritated.. got boxes for us and never came back. Never again.. you cant have my money and treat me like that again.
