I used to patronize Ocho Rios at least 1a week. Their service has dropped drastically. They dont have curried goat anymore(which was my favorite), no oxtails or not ready(at 5:30pm was told 3hr wait) they no longer take phone orders so you go in and wait 30 -45 min for what they do have. Very disappointed that this place has really gone down when the food was delicious.

They didn’t have 88% of their menu and when I did order they told me a 12 minute wait I walked to the car and came back 10 minutes later for them to inform me they didn’t have what I ordered and didn’t know how to refund my card. I rated it a one at first but went back to try again snapped some pics also still the same experience but the food the did have was Awesome 4 stars

My oxtails was ribblets pieces. Cabbage was salty rice was gummie. Nasty wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Just get ripped of their money. Give more meat then bones.

Jerk chicken was burnt didn’t tastes fresh , cashier acted as if he didn’t wanna be there, beef patty was ok ,rice was decent but the jerk was salty I’m so sorry your fellow Jamaicans in ochi would be surely dissatisfied in this particular dish , I will not return ♀️…I had authentic Jamaican food in Jamaica this was not it ..sorry it was terrible

The Food Was Excellent!! True Jamaican Cuisine. The people were friendly and inviting. I even spoke to the Chef and Business Owners. I Highly recommend stopping by and enjoying the taste of the Island right here in Cleveland. Oh, and the portions were large and filling and the price was very reasonable! Five (5)
