Stop here for very good Tacos! Fish, Steak, Pork, Chicken & Chorizo Tacos! I LOVED my fish tacos. It’s the sauce for me! Hand cut fries! Mmmm mmm mmmm. He’s parked near the Annsville circle in Peekskill. There’s places to sit by the water.

Octavio and his food are a must stop when heading up the Bear Mountain Goat Trail. His Fish tacos, Pork Tacos and Empanadas are better than anything Ive ever eaten off a food truck. The other Taco stop in Peekskill cant hold a candle to Octavios flavors, presentation and freshness. Octavio is always smiling and a fantastic Chef. Must stop.

The last time a meal “hit the spot” this good i was outside the country. The fries are ACTUAL natural-cut fries; and they don’t taste fried the fatty way. The fries actually sat well on me and didn’t feel too “heavy” on the digestion.

I asked what Octavio’s favorites were and they said the fish tacos. Incredibly delicious fish tacos some of the best I’ve ever had. I also got the ‘crispy parmesan fries’ and they were perfectly crispy—what a wonderful surprise stopping at this food truck.

A small truck by the banks of Hudson River. Octavio’s is the chef. Very friendly service and yummy food. We ordered truck burgers, quesadilla, fish tacos, chorizo tacos and beef empanadas. All of them were yummy.

Always fresh, always looks great, and always tastes incredible. Really serving better food then most restaurants in the area (and thats because of how freshly prepared everything is!!) I’ve ordered a lot of different items off his menu through the years, and have never had a bad experience! You can tell the Chef takes pride in every dish and loves his craft for sure.
