Enthralling hidden gem. I didn’t know what to expect from a place that Google didn’t have any details on, and didn’t exist a few months back. Best damn barbecue that I’ve ever eaten. I will be returning again and again as long as this place has meat to be eaten.

This little hole in the wall BBQ joint in the sleepy town of Ambridge is a gem! Nothing fancy by way of building or decor and the parking is a little weird but the BBQ was great and the sides tasted like mom made them. The turkey was mouthwatering! Give it a try.

I’ve been to barbecue joints of all kinds across the entire country and this dude right here makes a perfect brisket- top of the list. Excellent pulled pork as well, extremely tender and juicy. No sauce needed, truly, but his homemade sauces are great and unique. We’ll be back for some ribs and turkey next time. Homemade sides, excellent mild spice on the black beans and flavorful coleslaw. Don’t waste your money anywhere else in Western PA, seriously. This is real BBQ from a guy who loves what he does. Super glad we saw it and decided to stop, despite usually being disappointed with BBQ.

I’m in sales. So I decided to stop by and introduce myself to the owner. After speaking with him for a 3rd time, he asked if I was hungry… I said yes! He ended up giving me a container of turkey and pulled pork. I ended up sharing it with my wife and we both were impressed! The meat was tender, full of great taste, and we were looking for more when it was gone. We will return and you should try this place out! Before they run out.

Very good smoked meats all around. Every side dishes are good. Very good prices. 2 can eat for about $20 But go the extra mile and get a double order of Brisket. Im a big guy and a double meat is what I get.

James makes the best BBQ around, hands-down. His sides are also really good, and the sauces (though not necessary) are A+. All of the meat that I’ve gotten here is perfectly fine on its own, and incredibly tender & moist.
