Amazing seafood restaurant that’s tucked away in Quincy. Parking is easy with a lot next door. Some outdoor seating as well. When I went there was live music which was nice, but they also have Buck a Shuck on Wednesdays. I got the Lobster Rangoons, Baked Haddock and Churros. Everything was delicious and the server was awesome. If she says “Absolutely” a lot, then you’ll be well taken care of. Portions were great for the price. Highly recommend

You wouldn’t know it existed because the locals keep it quiet. Probably the best kept secret in all of Quincy. VERY reasonable price for exquisite seafood! The interior is simply excellent right off the harbor. Get a lobster and a beer. You’re hooked!!

A wonderful place “in the neighborhood” ~although not in mine~ I come here often. Well worth the short drive especially on Wednesdays when OTH offers their icy cold, fresh oysters for a buck-a-shuck. I added their absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared spicy Ahi tuna to share with my granddaughter. We both agreed it was just perfect! Wonderful service from Cole only enhanced a great evening. As Arnold said, “I’ll be back”!

Every time we come here the service is horrible. They never seem to know what is going on. I honestly dont know why we go back, probably because its the only restaurant in houghs neck.Tonight the oven was broken, which is fine things happen but no one told us until we were sitting down already without menus I might add. Then they bring over a hand written list of what they can’t make and 2 minutes later come back to give it to another table…because they can’t write out another? Just share one for the whole restaurant? When we ordered we asked for a side of the Cajun sauce and when it came out it was literally a dry rub powder of Cajun, when we asked what it was she said that’s what they gave me and walked away never to return the ENTIRE meal. It wasn’t that busy in the place. I had to go ask the hostess for some extra blue cheese because we ran out, and I couldn’t even get a second drink. I give one star because the burger was actually good.

I’m from Maine, I grew up on seafood. I have been living in Arkansas for the past 10 years and was extremely excited to be back for a weekend wedding. I went to try Off The Hook with a table of 12 people, the food was INCREDIBLE. We had steamers, mussels and I had the twin lobsters. The pricing was amazing, I could have paid double and been happy about it. The service was wonderful and loved the atmosphere with the live music and ice cold beer. I would highly recommend. This place was definitely “off the hook”!

7/15/23- Refused to seat us! We called ahead and asked if we could have a reservation for a late dinner. We were reassured by the staff person that as long as we arrived by 9PM we would be fine. We even told them we’d be cutting it too close, yet the staff person insisted we could have a table. We drove 15 min, arrived at 8:58PM only to be told the kitchen was closed. Not cool!

First time sitting in. Booth excellent because table not attached. Wonderful, graceful, fun server. Piece of fish was almost the entire fish, beautifully cooked. Onion rings best I’ve ever had. Healthy serving, reasonably priced. Plenty of parking with nice water view nearby. A wonderful addition to Houghs Neck. I’ll be back. Great with a guest.

Nails to You Mobile Nail Spa
Went to Off The Hook for the first time today and it was fantastic. We started with the clam chowder. I had the fish sandwich and my hubby had the steakhouse burger they were both delicious. My sandwich had two big pieces of fish and my hubby’s burger was huge. He said it was “cooked perfectly”. The restaurant is adorable inside and our server was great. Will definitely return!
