Great place for fried fish!!! The catfish was huge. Perfectly battered. Definitely get the lemon pepper catfish. Their special sauce is similar McDonald’s sweet and sour. Shrimp were also a great size! Wings are not bad.

We went on Saturday around 3:40. There was only 3 people in the restaurant. We had no issues with parking. The food was cooked to order and it was good. The restaurant was clean. My only issue was the lady at the counter throwing my hot sauce packets on the counter instead of handing them to me.

This is a family owned business that has the friendliest and most helpful people working there . My husband and I love this place. We’ve only eaten the fried catfish and shrimp and it’s soooo delicious and made to order. Hot and scrumptious. It’s about a 20 minute drive for us, but it is worth it.

First time coming here and I must say, amazing food and amazing service!! I got the sweet chili fried shrimp and lemon pepper wings with fries! Everything was so amazing. My mother got the lemon pepper fried shrimp, coleslaw and hush puppies and my friend got the lemon pepper tilapia with fries and hush puppies and we all agree we are definitely coming back to try more from the menu!! The owners were so friendly and attentive in making sure our food was correct and on point which it was!! The food was hot and fresh!!! That’s always a big plus! OH & the funnel cake fries are a MUST HAVE!! Definitely will be coming back. My new go-to place for fish!!

I went inside and ordered my plate which was Cajun seasoned catfish and sweet potato fries. The food was made fresh and it was hot my only issue is the fish needs to drain of the grease a bit better..

Fish n Hook NEVER disappoints! I’m from Chicago, where we are spoiled with good food. Since being in GA, my husband and I are always looking for good food but nothing ever comes close to what we’re use to. BUT, let me say…FISH N HOOK!!! Y’all are so amazing! Very cute place with a terrifically executed theme throughout the quaint restaurant. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Fish was excellent as were the sweet potato fries!! Shrimp was just ok. Hushpuppies were dense and terrible! (I was really disappointed in this because I love hushpuppies!!). I ordered food to eat there and it took FOREVER to get the food. If you are doing take-out, DEFINITELY call ahead! I WILL go back because the fish was awesome, but I will try some different sides next time. I would recommend giving this place a try.

I thought the food was good and fresh but when the lady took our orders was two of us. My order came long after my friend’s order. She was done eating and I just got my food. The same thing. Only the seasons were different Don’t know why they didn’t give it to us together. Cook it together or what they were doing. Other people came in order their food got it and I was still sitting there. Probably won’t go back. There’s too many other places.

The food here is just ok. I got a shrimp po’ boy, fried catfish and regular fries (not sweet potato). The seasoning on the seafood was pretty good. However, the po’ boy was sloppy and had the thickest slices of tomato I’ve ever seen on a sandwich. I tried to pick it up and it fell apart immediately. So I ended up eating it with a knife and fork. The fries had a strange sweetness to them which was unappealing so they went in the trash.
