Great food and amazing atmosphere! There isn’t a single item we’ve tried that wasn’t cooked and served to perfection! The smash burgers, fried fish, specialty bowls, appetizers, club sandwich, loaded pub fries and breakfast options are to die for! So grateful and excited to have such a stellar small-town restaurant with an urban uptown feel. You can definitely tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into their restaurant. The service is not only top notch, but also the serving portions/prices are on point. This place is truly a gem!!!!! Can’t wait to go back! Hope they open for Saturday dinners eventually.

Had a really great lunch today. We loved the appetizer plate – fried pickles, mushrooms, and deviled eggs. Service was helpful and fast and the historic building is amazing. We look forward to coming back soon.

Great addition to Lawrenceville. I had the flavorful 618 smash as well as delicious Graeter’s ice cream. The service was professional, quick, and attentive. The restaurant has a turn-of-the-century cajun ambiance. A 5-star rating is appropriate for this lovely establishment.

I was in town briefly from Champaign this weekend and went to Off the Square. We started with fried mushrooms with spicy ranch and they were amazing. Everyone at our table loved them! My favorite of the entrees at our table was the sourdough smash. It was perfection! The breakfast haystack was yummy as well as the charcuterie salad. They had a very modern menu and I wish I was closer to try more menu items! Oh, the bloody Mary’s were great too!!
