The food was great. I love the place. Service was nice. People were kind. My only issues were the the utensils were somewhat dirty. They were scratches and some food even in the glass before I started eating. As soon as they gave it it was just dirty. So apart from that and a few plates being chipped the food was great. Nice place. Overall I would somewhat recommend to people but there are better places.

Came in on a Saturday evening for dinner. Slightly busy but we were seated quickly and our waitress Michelle attended to our order quickly as well. We had the porkbelly fries (pictured) as an appetizer and they were great. For our main entrees we had the rockfish and the meatloaf, both were downright delicious.

I photographed a wedding here last Summer, and to put in to words how incredible the food was is impossible. Never in my 37 years on this planet have I ever had a more perfectly seasoned and prepared steak. I would easily make the 1.5 hour drive to this place after the incredible experience I had…and everyone else for that matter. A total win in my book!

A must stop while in Manzanita. Every dish was amazing and presented well. We enjoyed the steamed clams, moule frits, wedge salad with crispy pork belly and one of the best seafood chowders. Service was great.

We waited 1:00 to be seated. And other people were being seated right away. Had to flag someone down to take our order felt like we were being ignored. Food was not that good. Hate to say it maybe if our skin was a bit lighter we would have gotten better service. Wouldn’t have helped the food though. A very tourist location, it would really be great with a better menu and more experienced service.

This place is a gem! We were first impressed by the staff. The evening we were there both the hostess and our server were so sweet. Friendly, informative and really added to our dining experience. The food was fabulous! I had the scallops which were really fresh and cooked perfectly. My husband had the grilled meatloaf and he loved it. The atmosphere is cozy and homey, perfect to relax after a day of beach combing. Highly recommend, this will be a must for us every time we’re in the area.

It takes a long time to get a table, but the food (and drinks) is consistently very good and it is right in the middle of the town. We had the chowder (very good), tuna sandwich (very, very good), custom burger (very good), steak sandwich (very good) with sweet potato fries (some of the best we ever had) and coffee and spiced chai latte (my daughter is crazy about it). Highly recommended.

This restaurant was better than I expected, especially since there aren’t many choices in the small town. I had the best loaded fries I’ve ever had. It wasn’t the traditional drowning-in-sauce and cheese dish that everywhere in America has. It was covered instead with pork belly, peppers, and leeks and had a special house-made spicy sauce for dipping. Service wasn’t fast but I wouldn’t expect anyone to be in a hurry in a small beach town. I really enjoyed taking a break in Manzanita and eating here.
