Came here for happy hour and left pretty happy. The food is great we got almost one of everything on the hh menu. The guac is probably one of the best I’ve had so far, not too salty and the chips not too thick. The drinks are good as well but a bit pricey after hh ends.

I live near this place and have walked by a million times, always seeing it packed. Finally decided to try it and I see why. The food is so good and they have one of the best happy hours in the city. It’s every day from 4 – 7 pm offering $8 margaritas (add a flavor for a dollar), $8 wines and $sangria. They also have a food menu for happy hour serving up 2 tacos for $10. I went with the fish tacos and elote and they were amazing. Oh and don’t sleep on the queso fundido which is some of the best I’ve had in the city. I’ll be coming back here much more often. Tons of outdoor seating too!

The food and service here was excellent. You could tell the food was made from scratch and authentic. It was nice that they had indoor seating. Everything from the appetizer, guacamole to the nachos and quesadillas we received was delicious! If you are looking for great food, great drinks, and authentic, this is the place!

We enjoyed our dinner, though my wife and I are biased since we are from California and Texas so we know good Mexican and Tex-Mex food. The food was good, but had zero heat to it. This is including the salsas that were served with chips, even the habanero salsa had no kick to it. My wife thought her fish tacos came out a little cold. Excellent service, though the decor was a bit mundane for a place called Ofrenda, which should be much more colorful and have many more skulls included in the decor.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years or so now and the restaurant has excellent service. I’ve made great memories here and I consider the staff my friends. Happy hour is great 4:00pm-7:00pm all week. My favorite is the margarita and nachos with salsa or guacamole. Come try it out and you won’t be disappointed. Alturo is the man!
