One thing I have been wanting to try since moving to STL is Nigerian Cuisine. We came to this beautiful eatery for my fiancés Father’s Day. We had dinner & it satisfied everything I imagined it would. Tiffany gave us a sample tray to try a few dishes before ordering which most places do not offer that. She was very friendly & the food was fresh & delicious. The portion sizes were generous & the prices were excellent. I recommend.

I’ve tried Moroccan and Ethiopian food in the past and loved the flavors of both. I figured it was time to give Nigerian food a try. I love that they have several vegan options. I ordered through Door Dash and got the joloff with a side of spinach and a side of beans. It was unlike anything I’ve ever had before, and I mean that in the best way possible. The flavor/heat/spice was similar to Ethiopian food, yet also unique. The portions are massive. I couldn’t finish all of it, but I’m definitely looking forward to eating my leftovers later.

Had to brush out the seat before I sat down. The food was good but the place needs some work. The hostess was awesome! She gave suggestions and was very personable. Because of her and the food I would go back.

This is a picture of one of the samples. But I wish I had taken pictures of all the food we ordered everything was so delicious so fresh the waitress cashier was extremely helpful with deciding what to eat my friend had never had any African food. I will be back ASAP! I am so full and everything was extremely well prepared -the cook came out and spoke with us and offered some suggestions- the restaurants atmosphere “family style” with regulars costumers coming in back to back; I love it!

It was my partner and I’s first time having Nigerian food and it definitely won’t be our last. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We were asked if we wanted to try any samples which was super helpful. Our food came out in a timely manner and was so good! We underestimated our stomached though but we like leftovers so it’s fine. Ordered the veggie soup with chicken, egusi with goat, baked talapia with fried rice and plantains, fufu, and gizzards. Neither one of us were really into the gizzards, not because of the taste but the texture. Everything else id highly recommend!

This is the best place that I have eaten at so far. The food is amazing.. You can taste the spice yessss. Everyone is so warm and loving. We could not have chosen a better place to come eat at. Egusi with fish and yam, also okro soup with goat meat. It taste a bit like heaven. We also like the fact that American dishes is on the menu . The owners of the restaurant was the best ever.

I went here on Wednesday, January 27th and ordered egusi with beef and pounded yam as well as goat pepper soup because I love Nigerian food. Initially I was enjoying it all especially the pepper soup. It was deliciously spicy and flavorful but I went to eat a piece of goat meat and saw hair was intertwined in it, likely cooked into it. (as seen in the photo attached). Obviously I had to stop eating after that.

I want to give them a higher review because they have the best fufu with veggie soup in this area…. However, today is the second time that I have tried to eat my food and something was in it….. the first time there was glass and wire all throughout the soup. And tonight I had plastic chunks and really crunchy stuff in it. Hopefully it wasn’t glass. This is my last time ordering from them. Cleanliness must not be high on their list, because chunks of stuff is in my food.
