This was our first visit back since it was took over by the new owners and you can tell things have changed. The Atmosphere no longer seems hectic. Servers seem happy. The food actually taste better. But our server never really came back to check on us after she took our order maybe she had some things going on not sure. We still enjoyed the meal and then left. But all in all I’m glad everything is better for the employees, they deserve it.

The food is good and the atmosphere is pretty nice. It’s often noisy, and sometimes pretty crowded. The service is usually pretty slow. The salad bar at this one doesn’t have the selection the Ford Road restaurant has, which is unfortunate. It’s still good though. If you’re not expecting the Ford Road experience, it’s a good place to eat.

Server changes were made without explanation or mention. Two servers left and returned a combined 6 times to re-re-peat our order and when we thought it was finally time to eat, nearly 40 minutes later, we only received half. The server looks baffled when we inquire about the rest and disappears. This, after watching someone hang out the front door, arguing with kitchen staff, that they had to come make our meal.

I’ve eaten here probably a total of 30 times since it’s been there. The food was always pretty good. However, I recently learned of how the owners treat and talk to their employees. Cursing, belittling, down right hateful. They even did it to a pregnant woman. I’ve noticed myself that the owners are snooty every time I go. Will not be back. I’ll take my business to Stanfields Steakhouse.

The salad bar here is terrible. The boiled eggs and cheese were still frozen. The lettuce is watery as well. My biggest issue is how the owners speak to their employees. We have witnessed in person the lady that runs the place berating her employees and cursing at her staff. we will never go back and encourage others to eat elsewhere and not to give your business to people who treat their employees so harshly!

Not impressed. There were eleven people in our party of which 7 or 8 ordered steak. None of the steaks were ordered well done, however all were well done when brought to the table. 3 stars for good service.
