Place is old but always clean. Hardly ever a wait service is fast and friendly. Food is amazing my gf loves the mac salad. Loco moco ( one of my favorites) is so delicious. We go at least 3 times a month.

It used to be the best around, but now they charge you for a little bit of hot sauce or BBQ sauce, all this Asian places were worth the risk of eating suspiciously cheap food, in a generous amount, but now that they’re giving less and charging you for a single sauce. It’s better to get a hamburger or a burrito, that we at least know they use real meat or vegetables.

Cheap fast good Hawaiian plate lunch. Almost too much meat. I had the BBQ chicken plate lunch, and it came with three boneless chicken thighs, rice, Mac salad, and cabbage. All were great. I only ate two of the thighs, and half of the sides; so next time I will buy the smaller plate.

An outstanding place that has since had a bit of a dip in service. Since Covid and the changeover in staff, it’s nearly 50% chance that my order is wrong. Food is good, just seems to have taken a hit in the service area.

My biggest thing for Hawaiian BBQs are the mac… and this one has the better Mac than others in the area… although I’m not the biggest fan of the meat taste, not sure why… the Mac makes me a regular.
