I’m sad to have seen the old ownership no longer in management. I can tell a major difference in product and service. I recently called to place an order for pickup and halfway through the phone call, it seemed the individual taking the order got yelled at, placed the phone down, and a new voice picked up and said “Hey” and “where were you with your order.” Rather than letting the individual who was more than halfway through taking the order, I received food that was incorrect. When I ask for a sub with just lettuce and mayonnaise, I don’t expect OIL. This was disappointing as my sub was saturated with oil. On a side note, we had recently ordered a stromboli the other week, the sauce doesn’t taste the same, the bread seemed sour/uncooked. Maybe I’ll try again later in the year, but this was disappointing.

I ordered a small cheesesteak for takeout. The guy told me 20 minutes it would be done. I arrive and they can’t find my order when I called. I showed them the number that I called and the time. The lady that was making the food was irritated and kind of made it seem like I was in the wrong when it clearly was them. I told them don’t worry about I couldn’t wait for them to figure out what happened. If you don’t like you job to the lady that was working tonight abound 5:50 pm May 8th, 2023 do something about. I wasn’t the one that screwed up it was fellow coworkers.

What a gem! Popped in on a Saturday evening while visiting my daughter. It was clean and we were greeted with smiles. I met Robert and thanked him for keeping my girl fed! After we placed our order we sat down and they gave us excellent table service! The Pizza was home style with a nice crisp crust, a mild sauce and cheesy with a long draw! (You know when you bite the pizza and pull it away how the cheese draws out really long! LOL!) The buffalo wings were hot with a nice vinegary tang! Most pizza places have terrible salads but man my salad was really nice! The lettuce was fresh, crisp and crunchy with buttery croutons! Great spot for the college kids! I wish them many profitable and blessed years!

OIP provided a team meal for our baseball team visiting Susquehana University this weekend. The food was delicious and the service was incredible. At the last minute OIP Express accomodated our need for ” to go meals” and packaged 50 to go containers of Chicken parm, meatballs and pasta! They were so helpful and pleasant to work with. Ordered the OIP burger along with a couple other things for the guys at work for lunch today. I’ve had this burger before but today was different. The bun was soft, the beef was extra tasty, the bacon was perfect. And the garden toppings tasted like they had just been pulled from a garden out back. It was so good that I came back for another one at supper time. And guess what? Same experience. Keep up the good work down there guys and girls. I will definitely be back.

Had heard good things about the OIP name but had never been there. My wife got two slices and I got the cheesesteak and fries special. Her pizza was really good, I would go back for sure. I can’t say the same for the cheesesteak and fries, I could only eat about half of each. Steak was pre cooked and was dry with no flavor at all. Fries appeared to be air fried maybe and were very soggy and undercooked. Maybe it was an off day as the pizza was very good and would be what I would order next time.
