…Had lunch there and they had alot of selections on the menu..good variety. The brisket in my relleno was a little dry/chewy but not bad, had good flavor. The salsa was just okay, I found it to be a little sweet but my boyfriend liked it. The puffy taco shell was perfectly thin and crispy!! It’s close to the place where I get feeder mice for my snake so will probably be back.

I haven’t been to Ojeda’s for at least 15 years (before I moved away from the U.S.), so I was thrilled to find their Plano location still open. And I was even even happier to realize their Tex-Mex still hits the spot the way I remembered it!

Typical TexMex place. Good was really good. We stopped in for a quick bite before heading down to Austin. Katelin was very nice and attentive. U had the chicken and sour cream Nachos small portion. It’s the perfect size for one. My companion had the equally delicious vegan mushroom enchiladas. We also got some of the house made pralines. So good. There was an interesting selection of commercially made Mexican candy bars. If i weren’t traveling I would have purchased a few to take home.

Ate lunch here. Wasn’t very busy. Server was friendly. I ordered the beef fajita chimichunga with the sauce on the side (I like it to stay crunchy). It came out with chili con carne sauce on it but the server noticed it before serving and took it back to the kitchen. It was out shortly thereafter. I thought it would have onions and green peppers in it something more of a fajita but it was just the steak meat fried in a crunchy shell. It was good just not what I was expecting. My aunt ordered the #10 and really liked the chile relleno but said the puffed taco was hard to eat. I would go back to try their other selections.

Went there a few days ago. Experience was not that good at all. And it was very hot inside. The salsa was just watery, no spice no nothing. Food was dry and tasteless. Another note so good TexMex, to be honest only the good reviews must be from people that don’t know what a good Dish is

I’m still not sure how I’ve never been here but I loved it. Their Christmas was amazing. There was a wait, it smelled so great, we weren’t leaving. It seemed nearly every other person who came in was known and greeted warmly by the staff. That tells me the food is going to be good, people are returning. I’m getting excited! We were sat, service was fantastic, food was delicious. I told my friend before we left that I’d be a known regular very soon.

First time here and it was so delicious! The service was immaculate! The server was very attentive and happily made changes to accommodate. The beans! Wow! I haven’t been to a restaurant around here in which the refried beans are so well seasoned (it was a bacon flavor I believe yum!). The salsa was just the right spice and flavorful as well! My family will definitely come back!

Juan Miguel is amazing and hospitable. Very genuine. Makes it feel like you just made it home for dinner. Gotta love the guy! Food is always excellent, fresh, and hot. Prices are reasonable and they have great daily lunch specials right now for like 8.50 or so. Enough fresh, hot, crispy tortilla chips and hot or mild salsa for each person at your table. Keep them coming…delish! Great Margheritas. You can also buy homemade prailines.

We visited Ojeda’s on a Thursday night and it was completely empty. I’m not sure why – the food is good, the drinks are strong, and the prices are really cheap! We ordered 16oz swirl margaritas and the Tampico and Mexican Dinner. The Tampico comes with a beef enchilada, puffed beef taco (what they’re known for) and rice & beans. The Mexican Dinner comes with a beef enchilada, two tamales, and rice and beans. The tamales were cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth! One of the best I’ve had at a restaurant before.
