The inside is decorated nicely. The food is good too, but the prices are high considering what you get. We were lucky to find street parking. There’s a pay parking lot behind the Urth Cafe.

I ordered an omaske sushi and a blue fin tuna handroll. The taste of the food is not bad, but however the omaske is not a real omaske as they all came at once. A bit disappointing but not the biggest problem. The biggest problem is that there’s a fish scale in my blue fin tuna handroll, I am not expecting these kind of mistake at this price level (costed me almost 40bucks).

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 – Chirashi Bowl, Scallop Roll, and Yellowtail Roll. The rolls were simple but the seafood were all really fresh. The chirashi bowl was our favorite since the sashimi were generous slices, the rice was nicely cooked and seasoned, and the seasoning was complimentary without being overwhelming.

A go to everytime my family or friends are in town. Franklin (manager) and Josh (sushi chef) are so warm and welcoming. The food is consistently amazing and they’re always doing special deals on their menu. Couldn’t ask for more from a sushi spot. Must try!

We loved the Oji special, surf and turf and rainbow rolls. The sashimi omakase was very fresh. My favorites were the soft shell crab appetizer and octopus sunomono. The yakisoba is ok at best. Service was fast and efficient.

Had a wonderful time here. The staff is amazing! The fatty tuna (not super fatty) was delicious and the rolls were really fun. I was impressed with the quality of the fish! The spicy rolls where decently spicy which was refreshing. I think I need to try the oysters the next time I am here. Also, they have great happy hour deals, too! Can’t wait to come back!

Was told to go to this new happening sushi spot. Let me tell you it was just that. This place was super trendy and hip. The music playing beers and sake pouring. Great vibe in this place. The food is quality and priced right. They are definitely going to be top three places to go to eat sushi when people start hearing about this spot in Pasadena and surrounding areas.
