Very nice staff. Never had to ask for more water or tea. They made our granddaughter feel special by bringing training chopsticks and the Sushi chefs placed a real flower blossom decoration with her meal.

Do not ever place a take out order from this restaurant. I placed my order at 5:55pm with estimated pick up time of 6:45pm. One hour for 4 sushi rolls already sounds ridiculous but whatever. I got there at 640, there were 3 other people who had been waiting 15-20 mins for their pick up. I finally got mine at 705pm. Can you imagine 4 sushis taking over an hour to make. What would the dine in experience be like. Absolutely ridiculous.

This restaurant was awful, I had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be ready and I work delivery so time is very precious for people like us, in these 30+ minutes of waiting I asked multiple times how long the wait would be and the lady working was nothing but rude. She yelled at me to just wait and she would let me know when it was ready while giving me no insight on the wait time. Restaurant was a mess and everyone’s order was extremely behind. Rude, racist and disrespectful. No regards for our time and respect. I asked for her name and they told me it was chow or something similar.

I actually like this spot! Just discovered it when our regular Devino’s (Italian/pizza place) next door was extremely busy. Kid friendly, and has a kid menu (not updated yet). So you can actually save a little and not order a whole adult dish for your little ones to only eat three bites out of.

The Nigiri Mix (available at lunchtime only because of how much time it takes to make) is better than any I have ever eaten, and unbelievably priced at only $17.95, including salad and miso soup. Did I mention that it includes a piece of Aburi Toro (seared tuna belly)? Sorry, Chef Morimoto; you have been bested by my friendly little neighborhood restaurant. Sorry; sorry; sorry.

I have been here a few times and the food is always pretty good. I went this time to make a to go order, and the lady at the counter lacked manners. She allowed three people to cut and go in front of me without explaining it. I think communication is key for making your customers want to come back and put their money into your business. I will rethink going here the next time I want sushi.
