Pretty tasty Hawaiian-ish bowl with filling portions. I had it with the bang bang sauce. The Korean chicken tasted very flavorful. The bowl did start tasting a bit dry after I finished about half of it. Could’ve probably been fixed with more sauce but additional sauces cost .75 extra. I’d recommend getting takeout so you can add your own sauce at home 🙂 Clean establishment and quick service.

Wow! This is the “Asian” Chipotle! Phenomenal combination of flavors at a great price with very hearty quantity of food. Everything is fresh, light, and tastes A+. You can’t go wrong coming to Okonomi. My ONLY complaint is about supply chain. They sell out quickly!

Tried to come here last week, but they were closed. Happened to be back in VA this weekend and they were open. Food is decent, portion size is great. Both the Korean and Teriyaki chicken are good, but the Korean chicken is truly the standout. The atmosphere could be more inviting with some art or murals on the wall. The service while eating did seem a bit unorganized, due to the lack of food when around 15 people came in. Hopefully as business stays consistent they’ll be able to better gage par levels. Overall I’ll definitely be back especially to try the pork and garlic fried rice.

This was our first time here after seeing several posts in a local foodie group. Chef Alex and his team were so great with helping us create flavorful bowls. Can’t wait to come back and try a different combination. My husband loved the Vietnamese cold brew!

We came here SO hungry, so I didn’t grab a picture of the bowl when it was beautiful & fresh, but I grabbed a salad base with lemongrass pork, which they prepared fresh for me. I topped it with the fresh herbs, do chua (picked carrots & radish), crushed peanuts, and garlic chips, with a pineapple fish sauce on top. This is a winning combo!! My companion had a vermicelli bowl with Korean chicken, and both were great, but it’s hard to find grain-free options that still taste good, so I’m very impressed. It was also easy to pick out the pieces of cilantro from the herbs on the bowl, and both people who helped us were so patient as we hemmed & hawed over which topping to choose.

One of the best places around! Food is made fresh daily and you can taste it! They recently went viral on TikTok/ Instagram so be lenient if they have some stuff sold out. But the other options are still top tier. Alex is a great owner as well and very open to explain the menu! 10/10

Really delicious and fresh food. I got garlic fried rice with lemongrass pork and different toppings. Portion was very generous. I also liked Vietnamese cold brew and ginger Coke. Owner is really nice, highly recommend this place!
