Old Abe’s lives up to the hype. Killer Donuts and the “salmon” breakfast bagel sandwich is life changing. Getting able to go here a couple of times a week makes serious health stuff at the Mayo Clinic worth it haha.

Definitely my kind of place, and it could be yours too. Traveling for vacation and being vegan is not a great combination. This find was amazing across the board. Ordered the bahn mi with pulled pork and it was devine. Flavors were on point and nice portion to either eat in one sitting or split into two small meals. This’ll be a revisit when I come into town again. Hopefully next time I can dine in to enjoy the atmosphere/patio.

To eat or Not to eat
I haven’t eaten any of their sandwiches yet but clearly I enjoyed their donuts the two weeks I was in town. They were delicious and had fun flavors. If you love donuts this place is for you!! The staff is great and always friendly! Their coffee and donuts are a great combination for me and my mornings. Last thing I did before I left town was make sure I left with some donuts. Don’t worry though it’s like what Arnold Schwarzenegger always says “ I’ll be back!”

I order something different every time and I have never been disappointed. The “meats” have great texture and flavor. And I love the veggie filled dishes. Funky decor. The patio outback is great. Service is always friendly and fast. Parking on the street only.

Extremely lazy people run this place. Most food options are unavailable for brunch. A request for hot chocolate was met with swiss misses mixed in lukewarm water. The food was below average. No matter how fancy the names of dishes sound, they taste very bland and the place has no idea how to use any spices or sauces. Their service quality is inversely proportional to the size of the tip they ask from you on their fancy payment interface.
