Excellent local sub shop. Hot and cold sub options. Call ahead ordering and to go/eat in options all available. It can get busy at peak lunch hour, but food is always fresh and worth it. Prices are on par with what a sub shop usually is at, not cheap but not expensive I’d say it’s fair. Interior is simple and has a lot of decorations displaying other local businesses. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, owner is usually around making sure everything is on point. Definitely my preferred sub shop in the area.

Old City Subs is the best sub shop in St Johns County. Courteous and friendly service for a fair price really puts it above the rest. The owner even works behind the counter and knows everyone that comes in. It’s like Cheers as a Sandwich shop! I try to always return every time I’m in this end of town.
