I recently dined here with my family and was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant’s mountain-themed ambiance created a cozy atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff checking in on our table frequently. One tip: if you’re paying for parking, make sure to validate your ticket at the restaurant.

Excellent service. I ordered the Old Hickory bread which is a popover. I would have liked it hotter but it was very good. It was served dairy butter that had kosher salt or sea salt on top that was very good. The beet and goat cheese salad with pecans was bland. The golden beets were hard and difficult to cut into, and the frisée was bitter along with the earthy beets so it wasn’t the best pairing. The Heirloom chicken was good and flavorful.

This is a very nice Steakhouse! Be warned that it isn’t exactly budget-friendly but the 16 oz ribeye cut like butter! The wait staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend getting a reservation or you may wait a bit depending on how busy they are. All of the steak dishes do not come priced with sides.

This steakhouse is designed to looks like a mountain lodge. It offers delicious cocktail and super yummy appetizer. Ironically, I feel the seafood dishes are actually better than the beef, even though the city of Aurora is landlocked and thousands of miles from water.

Dinner was phenomenal. One of the best filets I have had. Seasoned well and service was great. Restaurant can get a little loud – crowded and construction currently going on. If you are staying at the hotel it is a great place for dinner.

Have to say this was a great Dinner experience. The Service was Top notch and the food was Amazing. It’s on the higher side of price point but u definitely get what u pay for. Clayton our server was on point to every detail. He knows his menu and a great explanation of items when we asked. Thank you Clayton and to the team for the great evening.

We tasted several things on the menu and everything was amazing. Best bison ribeye I’ve had and I’ve had the Forts and Ted Montanas and there is no comparison. Hands down best at Old Hickory steakhouse. For desserts the creme Brule and chocolate cake were to die for

We got the filet, ribeye, and the bison ribeye along with brussel sprouts, asparagus, and potatoes. Wait time wasn’t bad, I think we had a 20 minute wait. The Caesar salad was delicious. All of our steaks were cooked perfectly.

Great steakhouse when you are close to the airport. I had tiger prawns cocktail and the Bison ribeye with scallops, whiskey sour on the side. We had no reservations on a Saturday night at 630pm and we able to get comfortable seating at the bar area with no waiting. Highly recommended

Western Steakhouse that fit perfectly with the mountain cabin theme of the Gaylord Rockies. Food selection was not overwhelming, but simple and straight forward. You won’t be blown away by some crazy combination, but rather pleased by the traditional preparation of the food and meat.
