We ate a late dinner here on a Thursday night. We were able to be seated with no reservation. Our toddler was with us, and we saw other kids throughout the restaurant, which is great for fine dining establishment. We ordered a bottle of Merlot and the Tartar to start. For dinner, we split the 36oz Prime Porterhouse between 3 adults. Along with a side of mushrooms and macaroni and cheese. They gave us additional plates. The meal was fantastic and very delicious. Cost us $350+, but it was worth it. The steak was cooked perfectly!

The restaurant is definitely a fine dining experience. Paul our server was amazing!! He had great recommendations for supper and drinks, and offered Levi his own personal menu. The sides serve multiple people and are served family style. Lil man ate a 4oz steak with carrots, hubby enjoyed wagyu ny strip and mushrooms, while I enjoyed the salmon and baked potato. We partook in Bourbon Bullet Sour and his neat, and finished off with creme brulee for dessert. Allow extra time to navigate Opryland. Enjoy!!

We had a great experience at old hickory. We will be back for sure! Request Nicholas Rourke! He will take great care of you. Great server and person. We had a salad, cheese board, filet, Mac n cheese w/bacon, baked potato, carrots, chocolate cake, creme brûlée. Everything was delicious! Great taste and temperature. We got to meet the chef as well.

It was amazing. Me and the wife went there for our 19th wedding anniversary. The staff took great care of us and the food was cooked perfect. The prices may scare you but you get a lot of food for the price.

My daughter and I are locals and stayed at the Opryland Hotel and had a spa day and dinner at The Old Hickory Steakhouse. Fantastic decision. Had Bacon App, Wedge Salad, and French Onion Soup. ALL FANTASTIC!!! Then for main course we had Cowgirl Ribeye with peppercorn sauce, asparagus and mashed potatoes with lobster and lobster bisque sauce. Shut the front door!!! Slap ya mama!!! AMAZING!!! Ended the dinner with EPIC Crème Brûlée. OMG!!! Food coma!!! Our waiter Nicholas was the best ever. Infectious personality and very knowledgeable of menu. His sidekick Eid from Egypt was also amazing. Cannot say enough about this duo. I even sang a special song for them. It is about this Crème Brûlée. In honor of Whitney Houston. Here it goes. If I, should stay, I would eat, all the, Crème Brûlée. Lol. But I know you’ll think of me each and every day.

We are locals and really enjoy visiting the Opryland Hotel. It is such a lovely atmosphere, especially if you like flowers and plants. The Old Hickory Steakhouse is in such a beautiful location of the hotel near waterfalls and the river in the Delta. My husband and I had lobster bisque, Caesar salads, lobster mashed potatoes, and a huge Cowgirl steak. Every morsel that arrived to our table was delicious, but it was our server Nicholas who made this meal extra special. He was extremely knowledgeable about the details of every item on the menu. He was very personable, made excellent recommendations, and was attentive yet not overbearing. We gave the restaurant all 5’s because we were 100% satisfied.

Everything was great. Highly recommend the aged ribeye and the bone marrow butter. They have a great wine selection and some good bourbons. The chef even visited the table to see how everyone enjoyed their dinner.
