Ordered the pork roast sandwich with cheese, broccoli rabbe, and had it drenched in gravy.. and it was honestly phenomenal. We also got fries, onion rings and a roast beef sandwich with cheese, and everything was delicious. Atmosphere was easy going and comfortable, bar area is small but decent size, and staff was very nice and prompt.

One of the best roast beef sandwiches I’ve had in a very long time. Certainly one of the best in the area. Ordered a roast beef combo, onion rings and a draft beer. The service was great! The food was great! The beer was cold! Not a single negative thing to say. It was an all around pleasant experience and I’m really looking forward to going back and trying the roast pork next time.

Great old fashioned roast beef and pork sandwiches. Be sure to put the horseradish on the beef and order the broccoli rabe for the pork. I used to go to Nicks in the city when I was in college, and this is pretty close to the original

I have been going to Nick’s Roast Beef for over 20 years. This was always the original Nicks in South Philly. So when I moved to West Chester, I couldn’t be more pleasantly surprised that there was a Nicks Roast Beef right down the road. I went there with a cohort of mine who has yet to go to Nick’s and is from North Jersey originally.

If you are looking for a top notch roast beef or hot turkey sandwich this is the place to go. Not a lot of selection but what they do have they do very well. Sandwiches totally hit the spot and they have a decent selection of beer on tap. Not the place to go if you are looking for vegan, gluten free, or salad.

The quietest bar I’ve ever been in. I understand people from West Chester are terrified of loud noise and people finding out who they really are but too quiet. Service was great and her friend was pretty too. I felt for the woman working and her pretty friend, having to deal with overconfident for no reason west chester guys. I did feel judged so they stayed on brand for judgemental coke heads or alcoholic who never fit in until west chester. God bless
