Well if the picture doesn’t describe it lol. $6.00 for the “firecracker bagel” they have a picture of the bagel on the menu, looks nothing like what you get. Jalapeno bagel, chorizo sausage, egg and habanero cheese. Is what it is though (the music in the dining area is annoying too)

So I have been coming here since I was a teenager. I love the food. It’s always so good. And since I don’t live or work near one, I come out of my way for what I think is a treat. Today was extremely disappointing. I get the cowboy club everytime. I get it on an everything bagle, I get mustard and mayo, and cold. Now back in the day they used to put roast beef on this sandwich and changed it a few years ago to pork. For safty reasons the pork has to be heated. Which is fine. But I make it very clear. The pork can be heated the rest is cold. So occasionally it does get messed up and come out completely hot. This was the case today. I sent it back. Got it back and they forgot the mustard and mayo. When I walked up again they gave me the stuff to do it myself. So I’m kinda annoyed at this point. Then I open my bottle coke and it was warm. Their bottom Fridge must be broken. I am mad at this point. And as you can see the sandwich was not well made. Very disappointed. I will come back but it might be awhile. I wasn’t gonna say anything but from reading the other recent reviews yall might want to retrain your staff.

For the second time in a row I get home only to find the food given to me was not what I ordered. Even if there are multiple cars behind you, make sure you pull everything out of your bag and check it. Odds are 50/50 they got it right.

So I’ve never been here before and just wanted to kill sometime before my Drs appointment. I had a BLT on an everything bagel and I’m here to shout “it was amazing!” I highly recommend this place and customer service was on point. I give this place a two thumbs up

Just spent close to $20 on breakfast all to get home and find that I got literally the equivalent of 2 TINY slices of avocado on my freaking AVOCADO SUNRISE. My husband reiterated multiple times that he wanted the bacon EXTRA CRISPY… had to throw all of the bacon away because they obviously don’t listen or care about the job they are paid to do. I convinced him to go to this location and give it one more try and you guys completely failed. Won’t be spending our hard earned money on this place again. Maybe it’s time to close this location down too….

Usually love this place but lately the consistency has been lacking. Called the manager just to give feedback, not to get anything free or even have them correct their mistake, but she just made excuses. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for the cream cheese to cover the bagel. I think the picture speaks for itself. Not sure I’ll go back.

So over the past two years, I’ve been here dozens of times. I typically go before work around 6 in the morning… and I have never once gotten my order correct. Not. One. Time. My bagel either wasn’t toasted, cream cheese wasn’t on the side, my daughters bagel wasn’t sliced and/or cut, etc.

Terrible experience!!!! I first was in line and ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich ( it tasted like microwaved egg and sausage on a decent bagel ) and an americano. The cashier was short, rude and seemed annoyed with me. I later went back for a muffin. The same cashier said to me in an extremely judging tone, another?!?!?!. I was almost speechless at first, I felt judged, body shamed, embarrassed and upset. I was a paying patron how dare anyone say something so nasty. I was apologized to from 2 other workers but nothing else was offered. And the lady who said it definitely never apologized!! An unforgettable experience in the worst way! Will not return.
