Pizza was very good with a unique sourdough crust that is aged for 5 days. This process apparently starts to break down gluten molecules, making it easier to digest for all, including gluten sensitive folks. I did feel less full and bloated compared to most pizza meals. Las Vegas is a tough town for Pizzerias as there are many very, very good Pizzerias in town. With quite a few tried and dozens more, I need to try. I currently rank Old School Pizzeria as #4 on my best Pizzerias in Las Vegas list.

Extremely disappointed with everything. We got a 28in pizza crispy in the notes and the pizza limped over and was chewy. Also ordered a calzone and the dough was raw in the middle. About the only thing that was cooked were the cannoli’s and they were burnt to a crisp. Not to mention the ends were stuffed with pistachios, no where on the online menu does it mention nuts oh and the cream in the middle was so light it was like whip cream.

We come here when we get gift cards and the food has been delicious. We’ve tried a few different pizzas and they all tasted so yummy. The prices are decent and the service is great. One time, we accidentally knocked over our pizza because it is placed on a large can when brought to the table. We were so sad but they were so quick to accommodate us and took care of everything. We will definitely continue to come here for yummy pizzas.

Been hearing about Old School pizzeria from friends from their other locations, was hoping they would come out to southwest vegas area. The bread is fantastic, literally can’t beat it. Don’t get this type of quality at other pizza places. I haven’t tried all the pies but ones I have been great. The anti pasta salad is one of my favorites also. Will be back and strongly recommend, can go for sit down or take out.

I am very picky when it comes to pizza places because at most of them the pizza will not agree with me due to the use of food additives and cheap ingredients which i have an intolerance to. That being said, this pizza was PHENOMENAL! First of all when they say OMG, they mean it, when a pizza needs it own table you know its gonna be HUGE! Not only is the taste amazing but the ingredients are truly fresh and such a nice change… the dough is made from sour dough, which give the crust an amazing flavor in itself, add the housemade garlic sauce to it and its an experience in itself. The garlic knots are also really really good!!!! Along with super friendly staff it was all together a wonderful experience. The Server/Greeter/Wonderwoman Sarah was super friendly and helpful with every question and so accommodating. Loved everything about this place!

The best pizza. So happy they opened near my house. Great ambiance. Attentive counter service. What I love about the pizza is the garlic sauce they give on the side. The crust was done to perfection. I expected nothing less from Gio, the head chef and owner of Monzu. My new go to spot in the neighborhood.
