Shakes are all 10g of sugar or less. High protein; they’re actually a meal replacement. I ordered a chunky monkey (think Reese’s but with banana) & my hubby ordered a German Chocolate. Fluffy & yummy. Much better than fast food shakes that are 44-88g of sugar!

Old Town Nutrition is an amazing place!! It absolutely blows my mind how good their customer service is. They make you feel welcome and at home as soon as you walk in the door.
