New to the Naperville area. Been trying out the various pizza’s in the area. Thought we would give Old Town a try after reading their reviews. Unfortunately, the thin crust was like cardboard and the cheese was very rubbery and difficult to choose. Will keep testing other establishments hoping to find a decent pizza.

Easily one of the best pizzas my family and I have ever had. This place is our go to! We like to keep it simple with a thin crust cheese pizza (with extra cheese), and the crust never gives in. Always nice and crunchy, and the sauce and seasoning is delightful.

UPDATE: I have updated this rating because of the amazing customer service I just experienced. Owner actually called me and he refunded me the entire price of the pizza! In this day and age, its awesome to find such amazing customer service. The owner, Joe, was very kind and explained that they will try communicating to newer customers about what to expect for this particular type of pizza. I’ve been coming here for over a decade. I was worried the pandemic would take out this small business but luckily the pizza is so good they are still thriving. I sadly no longer live in the area but every time I’m back to see family and friends I make sure to grab a slice or two. Giardiniera slices are available on Monday’s, my favorite, but no matter the slice you will not regret it.
