Still a favorite of mine for the food and drinks. I love that they have good staples they keep on the menu and also some seasonal items they add. Big fan of the gazpacho soup and the kale and sausage pizza. The toasted flatbread and burrata starter is also a go to. The only thing I don’t love is the noise level inside. So if you want a quieter place for older family members or a date, I’d suggest going somewhere else.

Really delicious food all around! The service was also very prompt and friendly, and water was constantly filled. We tried the fried Brussels, meatball pizza, and the kale/sausage mac n cheese. Also a very cozy environment- couldn’t recommend more:)

Great place and delicious food! I had read good reviews about this place and they weren’t lying. The pizza we got was amazing, as was the appetizer. We went on a Friday night and it was packed so service was a little slow but we had the sweetest waitress. Highly recommend!

Excellently crafted cocktails and premium liquor selection. The bartender was skilled. Staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The open air pizza kitchen was well staffed and organized. Very good Neapolitan style pizzas!

I’m not sure why but there are ice cream shops on every corner around Truckee. A quick Google search for “best ice cream” in town does little to clarify where to go. Needless to say I got lucky when the place we chose for excellent pizza and beer turned out to have by far THE BEST SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM I’ve ever had in my entire life! I’m talking about soft serve BUFFALO MILK ICE CREAM for just a couple of bucks!!! It’s so incredibly good with olive oil and sea salt topping that we came back the very next day to try it again!

Everything was excellent. We had a great server who had drink recommendations, kids food recommendations and was super patient for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. We went around 5pm and had a 45 minute wait quoted that ended up being 35. There are coffee shops and an ice cream stand nearby if you need to kill time. We got mac and cheese, margherita pizza, street corn pizza and meatball pizza. All three were perfect – I preferred the flavor mix of the street corn pizza, but enjoyed them all. Brussel sprouts and hummus plate were also excellent. We got three cocktails and they were all solid: sweet tea and whiskey, pineapple mezcal and watermelon habanero. Kids were happy with plain shells pasta and mac and cheese but no dedicated kids menu. Would return without hesitation.
