Brews
Oregon Trail: Wit
clean and spicy, with orange peel & coriander seed. our wheat beer is unfiltered, and unbeatable on a hot summer day. winner of the 2004 peoples choice award at the newport microbrew festival.
Oregon Trail: Brown Ale
a multiple award winner at the great american beer festival in 1994 & 1995. medium bodied, yet slightly dry, with a nice hoppy middle, and roasted finish.
Oregon Trail: Ipa
first brewed for the british troops in the 1800s, extra hops and alcohol helped preserve the beer for the long voyage around the cape of good hope. oregon trail ipa faithfully adheres to this old brewing tradition. this malty flavored, copperhued india pale ale is balanced with generous amounts of nugget and centennial hops. a hop-lovers delight.
Oregon Trail: Ginseng Porter
as the name implies, this robust porter is infused with american, korean, siberian, & tienchi ginseng for an earthy, rooty finish.
Oregon Trail: Beaver Tail
this wonderfully crisp, light-bodied ale is beaver orange in color. its smooth finish makes it a great session beer year round.
Oregon Trail: Bourbon Barrel Porter
oregon trail bourbon barrel porter is as big as the west, masterfully brewed in the true pioneer spirit. this robust porter is aged in kentucky oak bourbon barrels. the result is a pitch-black brew, rich with oaky smoothness, bold bourbonesque aroma, with hints of fruit and vanilla.
Oregon Trail: Smoke Signal
our interpretation of a german-style rauchbier is less smoky than the traditional version but maintains its old-style characteristics in every other sense.

Loved Old World. I got the pastrami and the nutty vegetarian and both were amazing, and actually complimented each other really well.

Came down for open mic night. 1st Sunday of each month 5pm to 8pm. Had the pulled pork sandwich and the IPA from Oregon Trail Brewing. Both were absolutely amazing! Friendly and welcoming staff. Bathrooms were near spotless which was impressive given how busy they were.

Great sandwich spot. Deli items. Quiche, salads and soups. Music and other entertainment. Local brews…..aka beer on tap and a fine bottled beer assortment. Good choice of non-alcoholic beverages too.

Rude service. Average tasting food. Great music the night we went and sound system is good and clear. Just be prepared for rude service and not much service at that. Get your own water, bus your own table type place.

Very fun atmosphere. Beer was fantastic! I was there on the first day of their new dark beer from Oregon Trail Brewery, called Bourbon Barrel Porter. Smooth, dark chocolaty beer. Delicious! Got to talk with the Brewmaster (featured in the photo) and discuss his beer and brewing history.

Oh my god, Ruben sandwiches are the best thing your money can buy. I am overwhelmed with the flavor and tenderness of this sandwich. I took it out, so I had it after 30’ints. I can’t imagine how good it will taste if I have it there.

Delicious breakfast! Didn’t expect much when I came to Corvallis for training. Didn’t think Corvallis has a hidden gem like this one. Great service! You order and pay at the cashier first and the food will be brought to your table when it’s ready. They give you a really cool table number from a deck of cards. Interior design is very fun with ceiling paintings and had a stage. Highly recommend.
