We found this place by accident on the way to a different restaurant. It looked cozy and clean from the outside, so we decided to stop. I’m glad we did! The service was excellent. Our waitress was friendly, quick, and thorough. The salad bar was very good, everything was fresh and the homemade potato salad is the best. The BLT & Southern fried steak were both great. The only thing that didn’t impress me was the potato soup. It was very thin and bland, even after I doctored it. They make everything fresh on site. The pies are excellent. It’s worth the drive to check it out.

Warm country atmosphere with great service and affordable prices. I had the pork hot shot special and it was delicious. Also, came with a salad bar which was well stocked. I would’ve liked more dressing options other than fat-free Ranch and Honey Mustard. The serving size was large and I had plenty to take home. Will definitely stop in again when I’m in the area.

The BIGGEST BESTEST FROG LEGS I HAVE EVER HAD! Since they were force to loose the buffet on Friday night and they fry them up per order they are even better. STILL THE VERY BEST AROUND SOUTHERN OHIO! I highly recommend you all try them on Friday nights.

Been going to this restaurant since I was a little girl it was always a treat and still is good home cooked food best breakfast around I drive from Blanchester to go there. I recommend trying everything they have. Won’t break the bank either like chain restaurants!
