Love this place!! We’ve only eaten here 4/5 times, but it is always great!! Food is delicious, service is awesome and ambiance is warm and cozy. It’s really a nice restaurant. They serve breakfast until 2. Prices are reasonable. It’s a hidden gem in Pa. You gotta try it out!!

1 of the best meals we had in Penn incl Philly!! Yes. We loved the roast beef and Ham loaf. The fries was really good lightly coated .. wife likes v much. Also the sides incl sweet potato chips.. corn puffs were v yummy. Will come back again. Parking is ample and connected to Best Western. Only down side is normal brewed coffee…

It was a rough night for this place – so many locals raved over it. Amish families were there. It’s decor was simple but fun and warm – I was excited. It took nearly 30 mines to get stuffed mushrooms and a reuben sandwich. When they finally arrived, the adventure continued. The mushrooms were supposed to contain creamy crab dip – rather it was dried out crab, over baked cheese and an under cooked field raw mushroom. The reuben was more of a well sauced bread sandwich with two tiny corn beef slices. The cheeseburger soup was excellent but I suspect that was pre made earlier and insulated from the dinner cooks. The big save was the waitress who was very sweet and discounted the bill. For that, I may see if this night was a bad fluke

We’ve had a couple bad experiences here So my husband was very hesitant to go again but I had a coupon so I insisted. Luckily they had new wait staff and apparently new cooks and new everything because it was much better faster service food was great the people were pleasant and helpful. Even my husband was impressed. In fact he had ordered the chicken croquettes and said they were the best he ever had. We will definitely give it another try.

Nice restaurant. Clean and neat. Bathrooms were clean. Just passing through and stopped for a bite. Other reviewers posted pics of the restaurant if you keep scrolling. I wasn’t that hungry so I got an appetizer and they were still serving breakfast so my husband got breakfast. Pics below. The country breakfast was really good and the cheese and bacon fries appetizer was really good. Huge portion for an appetizer so make sure you have people to share with. The service was great and the hostess and waiter were super friendly.

Highly recommended. We’ve been coming to Lancaster area for years and for some reason overlooked this hidden gem. Food was good & flavorful. Great coffee & ice tea. Customer service very friendly. Gary was our server and was attentive. This will be my spot from now on when coming into town!

This is a nice place. It was clean, the bathroom was clean, the staff was all friendly and helpful, the decore is nice – so what keeps this nice place from getting more stars from me? The food was OK but bland. I had a cheese stake sandwich and it was more bland than any cheese stake has a right to be. The other person in my party had crab cakes that were equally un-impressive. I do think that they are catering to a certain clientel – an older set of customers. At the time I was there, it was certainly an older crowd.

Honestly….this place is getting 5 stars from me simply because of how clean it was. I walked through the door and my first words were “man it’s clean in here!!! I’m sold” the waitress we had was awesome!!! Wish I remembered her name! She made great menu suggestions and was on top of everything we needed before we could even ask. The venue is beautiful. Especially love that there’s a fireplace in the room. Overall great visit !
