Came in from Oklahoma. A 6 hour drive wanted to enjoy an old favorite restaurant. The pancho burgers were great. The tater tot ms with cheese was terrible. Wait staff was so slow. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at this place. Food was slow to come out. I understand the raise in prices but, quality In service should go up as well as the price. Had the owner been there I would have voiced my opinion straight to him. But it seemed like the staff was very unsupervised. Too much horse play. The girl at the window can’t multitask to save her life. The girl that took my order couldn’t get it right. It was very simple. Plus to top it off they were out of fries

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 plain and dry other all the way. Got home with 2 plain and dry cheeseburgers. Went back to get a refund because I didn’t want to eat alone and girl working window didn’t even speak, kinda jerked burger out of my hand and then came back and just held out money. Very poor service and food in my opinion.

The food is pretty great as well as the drinks. They have weekly specials as well as their dollar drink Mondays. They’re constantly giving back to the community which is amazing! When we had a snow storm and roads were covered in ice, specifically on Valentine’s days, the owner himself was out doing the deliveries. Definitely love supporting this local business!

But our order took a very long time to come out. But the drive thru was very busy and it seemed like the drive thru was getting all their food first. We were the only ones eating inside..except one other family came in after us and they got their food and ate it and left and we still were waiting!!! There was 5 of us. Those kids work hard and the food is very good but it was still a long wait for no reason. That was the 2nd time I went there and the same problem…..I will go back 1 more time and see what happens. Thank you
