A nice little country restaurant off the beaten path. They gave us birh excellent, friendly service. We had the rib eyes and the fish fillets and both were cooked spot-on. The wife has to have her steak ‘ just-so’ and it was right first time. So, the food was good and the pricing is right so don’t be afraid to stop in!

The food and service are very good however I am sorry to say there’s absolutely zero atmosphere and the lighting is so harsh, almost Industrial, that it makes me want to put on sunglasses at night. Regardless I keep going back because my friends and I love the food and it is close to home. A real family restaurant.

Delicious! Love their oysters. Very hot baked potatoes, not stingy on the sour cream and butter. Husband’s steak was perfect. Got an order of fried mushrooms, perfect too.

I had the cajun grilled catfish, it was just what I wanted for days. Not spicy but good flavor, tender not over cook. Choice of one or two filets with salad or cole slaw, baked potato or fries and melt in your mouth hushpuppies.

Well the food was not the best at most it would fill a stomach but a bit pricey to me .the drive thru window worker was munching on her own food while handling ours .I have learned a long time ago working in restaurants most of my life that your not suppose to be eating while working around anyones food order instead your suppose to take your break and eat then .it’s just not proper to eat while hovering over another person’s food.sorry but that’s just the way I see it
