So I’m a truck driver and had to stop in Gaffney SC. I wanted a healthy option for a meal so decided to go to Olive Garden. Well I saw that they offered a salmon plate and decided that was for me. Now! I don’t know if it’s cause it was a Monday, because it’s not a big town, or because they just didn’t give a s*** about serving me. But I posted two pics. First pic is what I thought I ordered. Second pic is what I got. When I waved my server over to complain he says” that’s what you ordered”. This man must need better benefits cause he definitely needs an eye exam. I show him the menu pic and told him I’m not paying. He went to get the manager who happened to be the same person who originally placed this plate in front of me. How can you have the nerve to serve this. Where is your sense of pride. Is the person bringing the food not the last line of defense for abominations such as this to come out. Were you raised in a pet store so you are use to your food looking like it comes from a can with a cat on it? So please do not go here unless manager Mark is off duty!!!!! He is the worst and charged me for the complementary salad. Your the best sir. I hope you become president one day!!!!

This is one of the best Olive Garden restaurants I have eaten at. Very spacious restaurant with excellent service and the waitress was great at recommending things. We enjoyed the dinner here. Anyone looking to eat good food near the outlet mall should check this place out.

Waitress was amazing, food was excellent. I love when they have buy one take one home, you’re getting two meals for price of one. Ordered shrimp scampi, delicious. My only complaint is the take home meal is limited options wish you could expand that just a bit maybe a smaller version of the meals you can get there with deal.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Staff is always super nice, service is quick and always on point even during the dinner rush and food has always been really fresh. Since before I met my husband when I would just come here for lunch with my girlfriends, or my mom, to after He proposed & we got married til we had our daughter. These guys have always had fast and friendly service. If I had to choose one restaurant in this chain that beats the dining experience in any of the dozen others I’ve been to in my lifetime, it would be this one. Hands down.

Service was friendly and expedient;however, the food was subpar at best. The soup seemed as if it came out of a can, while the e trees we ordered were very difficult to eat. I believe it is very possible that the kitchen were having a rough night.

Ordered 2 To go meals both meals had little to no sauce. The first one only taste like chicken juice when it was supposed to be lemon and herb. The second had a very little amount Alfred sauce.

Visited this location in Gaffney while house shopping, worst Olive Garden I’ve ever eaten at. Our waitress had an incredibly bad attitude, served a cold pot of coffee and only refilled our drinks once, we left her a $1 tip for her poor service. I ordered the salmon with zucchini. The salmon was grossly over-seasoned and the zucchini was undercooked and tough. My wife ordered the trio, the lasagna was terrible and the other two entrees mediocre at best. I’ve included one picture with my review, we barely ate any of our food as it was downright plated garbage. Overall, I’ll never visit this location again as this location pales in comparison to the other locations I’ve eaten at.
