7/29/23 For Olive Garden 1246 Old Country road Westbury NY. It’s okay if you just want to fill your stomach and you are starving. Appetizers are decent but the entrees are not exactly what I would call Italian food. Drinks are good and service is as well. Maybe for someone that’s never actually had Italian food and doesn’t know any better it’s fine. But at best the sauce is like ketchup. The most simple of dishes like a chicken parmigiana leave much to be desired. It’s like getting a chicken parmigiana sandwich at Burger King. Overall the place serves its purpose which is to serve the masses. You can have an enjoyable evening going with a group of friends. Just go with reasonable expectations. Not winning any culinary awards but it’s not supposed to.

Olive Garden is always a good place to eat and highly recommended . Service was great with wait time more than 1/2 hour or so. Please go and visit and enjoy the meal with family and friends. Salad and breadsticjs are fresh and awesome.

Went here with very low expectations but my experience was beyond outstanding. The food was amazing, the chicken and shrimp carbonara was very flavorful and delicious. Anthony provided the best service ever. He was extremely personable, very attentive, and very polite — probably one of the best servers I’ve ever had. You can tell that he loves his job and cares for his guests. If you’re looking for a quick spot to dine in, with great hospitality and food, this is the place to go.

THOMAS, by far the best waiter here. I’ve been here a couple times and it always decent except for last week I had a waiter who was barely attentive and didn’t even introduce herself. Thomas on the other hand greeted me and my girlfriend with a smile, introduced himself and made the experience feel personal and comfortable. He was very attentive always making sure we were okay on refill and making sure we enjoyed the food. 10 out 10 server right there. Smooth as ice props to him!

Amazing!!! After telling the server that I’ve had certain bad experiences at different OG’s; he offered an amazing service! The margarita was delicious. The plates were great and warm and just perfect. Richard was absolutely a great waiter. Will be going back there just because of his service.

Table for four please. Timing is absolutely everything! It only took 3-4 minutes before the friendly hostess seated us. That was much appreciated. Our server Keith immediately stopped by our table, introduced himself and shortly thereafter took ours orders & delivered salad and breadsticks. Keith had a wonderful personality, was friendly, patient and accommodating. The restaurant was full and we still received exceptional service. No excuses we’re ever made for anything. When a request was made to surprise the birthday girl with a song, the request was met with a cheerful smile. The food was delicious, the service exceptional as mentioned, the restaurant had a good vibe and the staff was very friendly. The parking though… we drove around for five minutes or so looking for a parking spot. This because Olive Garden shares the parking lot with Costco and a few other major retailers. Be prepared to walk unless the stars are aligned in your favor and you slide into a spot by the door. Aside from the parking, this was an amazing dining experience

I love the big salad & my hub loved the minestrone soup. My favorite is their Fettuccine Alfredo dish. The garlic breadsticks are very good too. Friendly staff & food was served in a nice timely manner. Will visit this location again soon.

We went there for a family dinner. Surprise my kids love their Spaghetti and breadsticks. We loved their Minestrone Soup and salad. We also tried their desert addition “Chocolate Brownie Lasagna. It was so yummy even though we were full in our tummy we finished it..could not left behind. Their server by name Donna was so friendly, polite, excellent..definitely going there back…
