I love Olive Garden since childhood but the Winston Salem Location doesn’t live up to the reputation it’s a hard Pass! Terrible Service an overcooked food just check out my picture! When I asked them to fix it they wanted to charge me for extra cheese I didn’t want extra cheese I wanted non burnt, hard chicken over cooked chicken and dry noodles and since when is it only 2 bread sticks at a time lol I missed that one

I invited my brother in law to join my husband and I in honoring my youngest sons father, my first husband, who had passed. The waiter was extremely anxious to serve us and came to the table excessively. Once the order was in, it came out too fast and in increments. My husband was the last to get his food, and my brother in law and I were done. The waiter kept touching the food on the table while we were eating. I was not happy. Overall, had my order been correct, the food was still very bland. It was not a good night for staff. As we exited, the hostesses were talking and commenting on the fact that we(our table) were finally leaving. I do not feel like we should think about returning.

Service is fair to good. Got my meal wrong so I waited an extra 15 minutes to get it. Salmon was good but for price would be nice to have a baked potato or rice with it, instead of just broccoli.

I haven’t been to olive garden in soo very long. And I’m talking years!!! I think I just lost the taste for it. Yesterday I got that shiiii back thooooo!!!! Omg the food was amazing!! I don’t think I remember it tasting so divine. The zuppa toscana was soooo good. And the hint of kali makes it so merry maaaannn. The shrimp chicken carbonara tasted like SILK BABIII. OMG and the salad and bread Sticks were definitely better than I remember. I fked the meal up royally

This place is awesome! We really enjoyed our food and the service was the absolute best ever! Our server Leo is an amazing waiter! He was on his game big time, he’s one of the best waiters we’ve seen anywhere! The greeters was very nice also! The best part is the food and the portion size was perfect! We have ate here many times but this time was the best! The angel Air pasta with meat sauce and the salad was above and beyond perfect! My wife really loves the chicken gnocchi soup and the fried mozzarella! The cooks need a big recognition also because all our food was absolute perfection! Thanks for the great service and food, we will be back soon!

I just left and couldn’t wait to share my experience!! The food was fantastic. Our server, Autumn was phenomenal!! 10/10. She was very attentive to us and the other table she had as well as ensuring we were okay! I haven’t had server experience that good in a very long time and I was very impressed!!! Will be back soon!

I had THE worst service experience tonight. Our server was snarky, rude, got drink orders and appetizers wrong. Corrected my 4 year old child with an attitude. Answered questions with an attitude. Was unattentive. We weren’t asked nor did we receive a second course of any of the endless options we ordered (bread soup Alfredo dip). Didn’t return to the table for another 20 minutes. Never asked if we’d like dessert or a check. I asked the hostess for to go boxes. Just dropped off the electronic kiosk and left the table. Then sarcastically asked us to have a good night and repeated themselves when I didn’t respond to them. We love Olive Garden and their food and also I work in the service industry and understand bad nights but the negative attitude from our server ruined the entire dining experience of my “girls night” with my daughter. I felt like I continued to be patient and polite through the entire meal but by the time for the check was just Very very disappointed and wanted to leave as quickly as possible.

The food was good, although I though I was going to have to cook it myself. We waited about 10-15 minutes after being seated to get our drink orders taken. The plates needed a second wash and the flavored tea needs more flavor.
