First time eating at olive garden but definitely not the last. Tonya, our waitress, was so attentive to every detail and gave us great recommendations for our first meal. Amber, the manager, even came to see how we were doing. Both were very thoughtful of their customers. Delightful experience. Highly recommend you visit them, you won’t be disappointed.

Olive Garden in High Point is located in the same shopping complex as Palladium Theaters. At any given time, there is a minimum wait time of 45 minutes up to 2 hours. Is it worth the wait……probably not.

Absolutely bad service. Every thing from Order to Appetizer to main course it took forever. The never ending dipping sauce quantity was joke, I was not cheap we were large group so I ordered 4 of them one in between two first it took too long with just couple of spoons of sauce got empty before it started for refills I have to walk to the reception and ask them for it. For closing the check we waited for almost 30 minutes and discovered that our check was charged to the party next to us and they paid and were gone. So we paid the check amount by manually adding amount on calculator. So ridiculous.

Food was really good but the service was beyond great. We were a large group of family from out of town and Carmen provided us with flawless service. Drink order correct, food order correct, and she managed to keep all of our glasses full. She did everything quickly and with a smile. She made all requests seem effortless to fulfill.

We went there yesterday, Friday afternoon at about 4pm. We had to wait around 15 minutes for a table, but it was sure worth it! Our server, Destiny, was excellent! Once we sat down, she took our whole order (after about 5 minutes) and then the soup came out in 8 minutes with breadsticks. 5 minutes later, our food came out! After we finished our food, we ordered dessert which came out within 2 minutes! This was the fastest and by far, one of the best (if not the best) Olive Garden location I’ve ever been to! I would love to come back when I’m in town again.
