Holiday Gift card meal purchases that we definitely were impressed with and had a great dining experience with Jeremiah our extremely attentive server. Both meals were served quickly, HOT & delicious. The serving protocol & customer service provided was way suprior to many 5-star cuisine places in the Triangle area. Jeremiah is a definite plus to Olive Garden & it’s experience that’s missing in the dining industry currently. We are returning again and do hope to get this same positive experience.

I haven’t been to this location in almost 8 years. Decided to give it another shot for Father’s Day. We went on a Saturday because we figured Sunday would be extremely busy. We arrived about 3pm. We were greeted by 2 hist as soon as we came through the door. The young girl seemed as if she she was annoyed and did not want to be there. The young man was very kind and immediately sat us at a table.

I have been to this Olive Garden before and had no issues. This last time was different. I always order the gluten-free chicken parmesan. I picked up my to-go order inside because the parking lot was full. They were very busy so I patiently waited for my order, which was ready about 30 minutes after originally told. When I got home to eat, I noticed that my gluten-free noodles looked strange. Turns out they were very undercooked and completely inedible. They were hard and stuck together in a mass. I was extremely disappointed and hope that no one else has the same experience.

Tonight was a rough night for the OG it seemed during this visit. Almost took at least five minutes after seating for someone to finally come up which was fine. We were ready to order by then. Usually we are able to enjoy our soup and salad before the main entree, but this time everything came out at once. Almost forgot a soup and the breadsticks were last. So we had to eat while letting the main entree sit and not get too cold. There was an obnoxious guy sitting behind us who was vaping in the restaurant and being loud. The waitress was really nice and the food was great. It just seemed like the restaurant may have been short staffed or something.

As soon as I walked in, the odor from the bathrooms was all I could smell. We got seated quickly. However, it took 20 minutes to get our drinks. When we got the salad, the lettuce was brown. We were given plastic utensils as well like what?! The waitress could care less and was blatantly obvious about it. We told the manager and was supposed to get a dessert as comp, but never received it . I won’t be going back to that location.

Came here for a date with my husband. Our waitress was a sweetheart and our food was really good. Not sure why Olive Garden gets a bad rep. Everything was really fresh. Our cocktails were also really good. Will definitely return.

We had a gift card and wife always loved Olive Garden. We reserved online and Saif 15 minute wait. When we got there the woman said at least 30 minutes and acted as if she was hoping we would leave. Wasn’t an issues they were busy. We sat and waited a but. The waitress was very nice. She was a bit slow but we weren’t in a rush. We ordered unlimited salad and bread for daughter. She got. Bowl and like 4 bread sticks which we all were to share since our meals came with the same. Wife git a pasta meal with shrimp, forgot the name..it looks pretty good. Wife said it was OK but nothing great. I went with the classic chicken parm. My portion was very nice but the spegetti just very plain and basic. we had ro ask for drink refills and even had to ask for salad and breadsticks again after being empty for awhile. When she finally refilled us she gave us 3 breadsticks. When we use to come to OG I remember it being a lot better and breadsticks and salad was plenty. Just remember it being better. The bread was nit as good as I remember them. We waited for our check for awhile, inhad to use the rest room so I told my family i would meet them in the lobby. It took another 15 to 20 minutes.to get the check and pay. Was looking forward to this meal nut was nothing speacial.
