First time being back at Olive Garden in over 3yrs and it was just as good…. and expensive as I remember lol We tried to come here 2 other times but it was crowded & the wait was long… 3rd times the charm I guess.

We had a big birthday celebration for my Aunt Lucy. There were about 25 of us that came to celebrate with her. We didn’t expect so many to come but the wait staff were very attentive and patient with us. Auntie is in her 80’s and she loved every minute of it.

We had lunch at this place today, food was ok. But the waitress who assist us is very nice and attentive. The staff is nice and very welcoming. I had Shrimp scampi and it’s ok, not something I’ll recommend, salad seems fresh, my son like the bread sticks and his soup as well as his pizza. The price is very affordable though.

Bit of a disappointment. My husband and I have been to many branches but this one was a huge let down. We did go for dinner later than usual (10pm) but I expect the same quality of service and food regardless of the time. Our waitress (Amber) was very accommodating and sweet. Breadsticks were so bland and the soup was so watery. The salad & calamari starter were still good. A few of the staff members were sitting around and often heard a few of them talking about their personal life which seemed very unprofessional. Super let down 🙁

What’s there to share that the world doesn’t know? Olive Garden is simply the best in fine dining and cuisine. We celebrated our Mom’s 72nd birthday. Remiss of us not to have made reservations so our wait time was 35mins. We chit chat with other guests who were also waiting so the time went by speedily. Finally the text came in announcing that our table was ready. The food was served warm and tasted so delicious . We ordered the shrimp Alfredo, as also the chicken Alfredo. The never-ending soup and salad with bread sticks as appetizers were perfect. Our hostess was accommodating and courteous (can’t recall her name). I particularly like the ambience and the fact that other guests keep their conversations at an acceptable volume. Had a bit of a peeve with the waiters moving the trolley with the used plates. Created quite a racket. Maybe it was overloaded or the plates not packed properly. Nevertheless, it wasn’t enough to spoil the occasion. Olive Garden is one of my favorite places for a special dinner

The bar.. not organized at all. The wait was “45 mins” so we choose to sit at the bar to eat. Once they finally cleaned the bar off (20 mins later) we then received food from the back. We waited for the gentleman to refill our drinks. He did not refill after countless times asking until the end of our meal once we were finished.

Our waitress was slow and horrible. They weren’t even super busy but our service was like as if they had two hour wait times. We waited super long for four our food for it to be cold. The waiter told me and my family that it was my dish that was taking so long. But yet I had a child that has not ate yet. When we got our food it was legit cold. Manager just came over to compensate us for our meal and we went home. Did not even eat.

Very late lunch so wasn’t busy. Couldn’t order anything that needed to be fried, Grier was broke. Soup and salad ordered. Very small amount was given , same for salad ( 3 adults). Man behind us ordered glass of wine, not even half a glass and yes he did complain. Told waitress, ‘so now I have to pay for another half glass of wine’. Another waitress dropped a tray of glasses with ice. No one took the time to clean it up, just kept walking over it. Asked for more soup and salad since we were paying for all you can eat. Another long wait time. One couple got up and left since they found out the frier was broke after they got their drinks. Someone at front desk should have told us in the beginning about the frier was broke.
