A little disappointed with this visit. Soggy salad and my dinner portion of shrimp scampi looked like a lunch portion. I just thought for the price, it would have been a lot more. I normally have a great experience here and just hoping it was an off day for the staff. Our waitress was very sweet.

My wife & I were a bit hungry after a day of golf playing 18 holes at Highland Walk in Royston Ga., so we stopped in Anderson SC to get a bite to eat before heading home to Greenwood. I had the all you can eat soup, salad and bread with a side of Calamari. My sweetheart wanted the spinach & artichoke dip. Oh man it was so good. I chose the chicken gnocchi soup, uh, I wish I lived in Anderson, so I could go by here once a week to get this all over again. I LOVED the chicken gnocchi soup, 3 bowls & asked if I could get 3 more to go…joking of course! Still, I don’t know what happened to me, must of been all that delicious food , but we will be back.

We were seated quickly. My only complaint was one of the chairs at our table wasn’t cleaned off so we had to ask that it be wiped down. The food came out quickly. The server, Lexi, was very attentive and friendly. She did a great job. Our order was accurate and the food delicious. The power went out during our visit because it started to storm and my daughter got upset. The server and another staff member came over to talk to her and help calm her down. They really went above and beyond to make our experience a good one despite the circumstances (which, of course, were outside of their control). This was the best experience we’ve had at this particular location.

One of my dearest friends and I love to do lunch here so we can catch up on everything that’s going on in life! We’ll sit for hours, yes, a couple of hours, and our waiter or waitress doesn’t mind because we tip them well, lol! But the food is always fantastic, and I actually tried something different this time and found out that I liked it. I’ve dined in so many times, and I’ve also had take out orders, and I can honestly say that I’ve never gotten a BAD meal from Olive Garden!

All in all It was a great meal. We had a larger party, 8, so not unmanageable. Food was great. Atmosphere was okay for being in a corner. Service was a little slow, but the server was very polite and positive.
