Kaylx was our waitress and she is amazing! She is the epitome of Customer service and made our lunch that more enjoyable because of her personality and service. Thank you Kay! The food came out fairly quickly and was hot and fresh. Both my friend and I were very pleased by the flavors of the dishes we ordered. Restaurant was clean and not crowded during lunch hours.

I love the seafood Alfredo but this time it lacked Seasoning. The bread was good and piping hot. I wish the chicken gnocchi soup was lumpier, but it was good always. The waitress Shariah did great. The food was delayed but she kept a smile on her face. She saw her coworker needing help and offered quickly; that’s teamwork. She kept asking if we needed drinks or anything else. Excellent service.

This location has gone down. Our last visit, the food was overcooked, service was slow… and there’s ALWAYS a wait to be seated even when there aren’t many customers. Seems they can’t keep servers. It’ll be a long time before I return.

This was our first stop for dining in what was to become a 3,600 mile, 12-day road trip. We had driven about 9 hours, were tired, and I must say this Olive Garden made these two weary travelers feel right at home. Bri was our waitress, and she was so pleasant! Treated us like we were her only customers of the day (although she mentioned she had been there for hours.) The food was GREAT – just like we expect from Olive Garden. And as you know, I tend to check out and make mention of the condition of the restroom in my reviews. This men’s room was clean and tidy, and our visit was after they had been open for hours! Keep it up Olive Garden!

I held a small baby sprinkle at this location because it was the only Olive Garden nearby that catered to large parties. When I arrived, I was told that I had to wait until at least half my party arrived before we were able to sit, even though I called ahead of time to inform them of my reservation. The waiting period threw my initial start time an hour back because in real time, everyone don’t always be on time. The waiting period had me exhausted and frustrated. I wanted to leave and go elsewhere, but that would have been too late of a notice for my arriving guests.

Waited for about 20 minutes with no service. We were seated and watched several waitress serve other tables around us but no one came to our table, not even for drink orders. My husband and myself left. The hostess told us to have a blessed day like we were served. Customer service is awful.

I’m not sure when but the service has gone completely down hill. Our waitress came to our table maybe 3 times, didn’t bring silverware, forgot one person’s order, and we even spoke to the manager and nothing improved. I’m going to have to find a new spot, this Olive Garden doesn’t do it for me anymore.

The family took me there for my birthday had a great time really enjoyed the food. The only downside, the waitress didn’t acknowledge me even after I told her today is my birthday, she didn’t seem to care at all.
