Kevin was great. The food was excellent. I always go with the lasagna and my husband goes with the ziti. We had a fried shrimp appetizer that also had fried onions and bell peppers. It was phenomenal. The salad was great. I love the dressing. They mix just enough. The bread sticks were hot and soft. It was a great ambient experience.

We had a nice dinner to celebrate a birthday. Our server Tarah was great. She was very attentive and on top of everything! She was very courteous and had a smile on her face as she did her work. Food was delicious and arrived promptly. Great dining experience!!

We started off late and arrived right around 9pm so we were worried about the service. I am glad to say the service was great and we were seated immediately even on new year’s eve. It wasn’t packed at all but the food was even more delicious then all of the other times we’ve been. Our waiter was very nice and made sure we were well warned about the hot plates and came by to check up on us without rushing us to get out. Very rich food and great timing, I’d say we had our food no more than ten minutes after ordering. Also, probably due to it being late, the music wasn’t too loud and it wasn’t annoying like other restaurants have in the daytime.

We just had left Olive Garden 8/27 4pm after a late lunch. (Manager, check on your Customer Service skills). Our server KJ was outstanding, fine young man, never failed to top up our drinks, brought our food on time and the best part was always checking on us if we needed anything.

When doing food service, one bad day can make or break you. The first bread sticks we were served were so hard you literally couldn’t put a dent in them and the first bowl of chicken gnocchi soup, the pasta was golf ball size starchy mess. As you will notice the second batch of bread sticks was hot and soft, the second bowl of soup was so good I forgot to take a picture. The main entrees was appealing and delicious. The waiter was very pleasant.

They people they have up front need attitude adjustments. Jayden seems like she can’t even be bothered to greet guests. Her and the other girl up there just snicker and make fun of guests standing there. A boy walked in and asked for the manager. She immediately said she is not here. The boy said I have an interview so then she went to get her. When the manager came out she told the guy to have a seat and she looked him up and down from behind and made nasty looks. I didn’t even want to stay to eat just seeing the 3 people up front. I hope the guy finds a better place to work. The food was average and edible for some pre-made soups and bread. The pasta was OK as well but I won’t be going back unless someone I’m with wants to go there, just based on their attitudes. I should have looked at the names of the other 2

Great food as always while dining in. Take out food isn’t always the best though. Not sure if Olive Garden has any control over that. The flavor and freshness is not always there. Also, my salad is missing frequently from take out orders and after a couple times, it starts to get very annoying.
