I don’t even know where to start. Maybe they should close this store and rebuild. The furniture was dirty, stained and outdated. The tables had a horrible smell. The carpet looked so old and bad. The salt and pepper shaker had mildew. The overall smell of the place was poor. The server name was Juan. He was nice l, friendly and courteous. However, he stood over come time to pay to see if I would tip him. Totally not necessary. The food was mid at best. Very mediocre. We ordered the calamari which was full of flavor. The breadsticks was not a hit as it usually are at different locations. The salad was decent. The seafood Alfredo was tasteless. No flavor at all. The sirloin was tasteless. I would not come to this location. There was nothing Italy about it. The atmosphere was not inviting.

The silverware were not clean and some of the plates were dirty too. The pasta, salad and soup were 7/10. The flavor is not similar to what we have tried before in other OG locations. The server was kind tho. It took almost 40 minutes for me to receive my shrimp scampi plate. And when I received it, was not what I ate before in other locations. Cold, plain pasta and it seems like the shrimps were not cooked. Will not visit again.

Olive Garden surpassed all expectations! The pasta e fagioli soup was exquisite, and the mac & cheese, spaghetti bolognese, and Pasta Alfredo were divine. Refreshing lemonades complemented our meal perfectly. And that addictive bread—truly unforgettable! A must-visit for Italian cuisine enthusiasts!

Worst experience ever. The service was slow. The waitresses where gossiping about the customers. Took an hour to take our order after they gave us the bread and salad. The shrimp was not sautéed at all. They literally through in boiled shrimp into the pasta and it was tasteless.

The hostesses are very professional and on top of everything! I had already been helped as soon as I walked in, but when she left to tell the chef my request and the other young ladies came up and immediately made sure to see if I been helped. The manager came up to give them a message and made sure all waiting were helped first. The atmosphere was calm and tranquil yet energetic. This specific location was trained right and this will be the only location I go to here in Miami

Horrible first impression. I disliked my time eating here. The servers were unhelpful and food was terrible, with capital T. I was curious because you hear a lo of references on TV and movies to this place. I though it might be something like Cheesecake Factory, but I was wrong. Got inside and was directed to the bar. The waitress paid little attention to me and finally offered me a lemonade. I browsed the menu and decided for a lasagna. Man, the picture looked amazing, so I confidently ordered it. The lasagna I was presented was light years away from the picture. It was a weird looking thing. It tasted like cardboard. I will take a 7-Eleven pizza over this anytime. The thing was BAD. I swallowed it as fast as possible and asked for the check. How they serve this to a customer? There’s no quality check? Did the waitress not notice how ugly that lasagna was? They just don’t care. I was surprised the number of families eating there. Everything looked nothing like the pictures. I don’t know if all Olive Gardens are the same, but I’m afraid to give it a second try. I also ordered fried mozzarella, that was decent and almost impossible to ruin. Thought they tried. Please, avoid this place at all cost.

The stench that you have in general at the restaurant is terrible but worse as you walk towards the rest room like dry urine. These rugs need to be ripped off and discarded! I washed my hands even before sitting at my table. As I waited for a stall, one of the staff members walked right out the restroom without washing her hands. Big smile tho-. We ordered a $30 dollar bottle of wine that had a taste as if it’s been sitting there for a while. My husband ordered a 6oz stake medium rare. The thing looked like an over cooked shoe with absolutely no taste whatsoever. I ordered a chicken breast with steamed broccoli. Most of my broccoli was served uncooked. Not to mention it took 1 hour to get our meals served. This was the most unsatisfying experience I have had in a long time. Never said anything to anyone. Simply paid our bill of $150 plus tip and simply walked out. I most certainly will not be coming back. This makes me not want to dine out and support any type of big restaurant chains. HORRIBLE

That’s a picture of the best looking stall in the women’s restroom. This place is horrible. If just one thing was good it would be ok but the food tastes like a frozen dinner, the tables and booths are dirty, everything else is dusty, and the servers are more interested in socializing than taking care of guests. They stand in the middle of walkways to talk and don’t even move to let you walk by, like helloo. I’ve never seen such careless staff at a restaurant. Spend your money elsewhere.
