My food was so good. I don’t eat carbs but it is my husband’s favorite place so I did fettuccine Alfredo and substituted the pasta for broccoli and added chicken and shrimp and it was fantastic.

I’ve been too many Olive Garden’s All around Florida and this one is brand new and my first time here. Beautiful new style, great take out area, six spots dedicated to take out overall a beautiful location. However Service was slow at best and I should’ve stuck to my good old fashion soup and salad. The soup and salad was great as usual but I decided to be different this time and get Chicken Marcella as well. I couldn’t believe how bad it was. The entire meal was lukewarm, the noodles were undercooked and the chicken was like ground chicken patties from a fast food restaurant. I’ve had much better TV dinners as it tasted like it was fresh defrosted and microwaved. I will not ever try again. Disappointing for an Olive Garden.

We were seated Quickly. However, the table was so Rickity, we had to ask if they could please put some coasters to try and stop it from shaking so we didn’t spill our drinks. We finally had to get the manager to help us. They moved us to another table. The new Server took almost 10 minutes to come help us. She brought out our soup & salad quickly but left just as quickly. We waited until she was done at another table and asked for silverware. She actually rolled her eyes at us. We again had to get her attention for more help halfway through our meal. She checked on us one time and we asked for our bill, she never showed back up. Luckily the computer on the table was there. Although, the split check doesn’t work correctly as only 1 card was charged both times!

So I’m just leaving this location and the the waitress doesn’t know her drinks, she sent me a lemonade with vodka when I ordered a Long Island ice tea. Also the appetizer was cold. And then my main meal was so hot and tasteless. This location is actually dirty. Not properly cleaned. The utensils looks dirty also if you sit by the window you’ll see food in the corners. Never seen an Olive Garden like this before. I’ve been to plenty in different cities.

On July 30at 11:47 am my wife and I entered this restaurant. At least 20 tables were vacant and there were a waiting list of three parties because their were no servers to handle the tables. We asked for a manager who never appeared. I do not recommend this restaurant. The food may be good but the service is super bad. The manager needs to control when the staff arrives or hire a staff that wants to work.
