Customer service was good. Joined the waitlist online but couldn’t “check in” until I walked into the restaurant which had us wait an additional 10 min. The food was good. I appreciated the waitress giving us suggestions to help make decisions when we were indecisive. The chicken and gnocchi soup is so good!! The dishes we chose were good as well. The chicken Parmigiano substitute Alfredo pasta. The fried ravioli was also a great pick. Reminded me of pizza bites.

Good food, and our waitress was professional. Unfortunately, I forgot to get her name, but the 4 star is for the busboy who wears a mask. A little rude in his way of demanding the empty dishes throwing his hand to you so you pass him the plates and doesn’t even say thank you.

Been to Olive Garden plenty of times. I usually like the food I get. This time was no different. My rating is actually 3.9. Our service was good. I did, however, have hair in my cloth napkin, and some of our silverware had dried food on them. Yuck. That is such a turn-off. We don’t visit this restaurant like we used to. It’s still a good one though. We ordered Lasagna Fritta, Zuppa Tuscana soup, Chicken (breaded) Tortelloni Alfredo, and Fettuccini Alfredo.

The food and service at this Olive Garden exceeded my expectations. The Chicken Marsala fettuccine was delicious and of course, the endless salad and breadsticks alone are worth the trip to this restaurant. The server did a good job and got all of our orders right The food came out very fast, and we did not have to wait at all. Also, with inflation out of control these days, it was nice to see the final cost be about $30 per person. The only negative was that it was freezing in this place. They had the AC cranked up to the max, which was a little uncomfortable, but it is springtime in Florida, and it beats the 90-degree heat, so I can’t complain too much. So, I would definitely recommend eating here if you enjoy endless soup, salad, and breadsticks and Italian food. Just bring a hoodie or sweater with you, and it should be a pleasurable experience

The food was good. The service was good. I wasn’t blown away, but I have no complaints either. Something about the atmosphere was lacking. Especially when compared to other Olive Garden restaurants, I can’t quite put my finger on it. Would I visit this venue again? Sure. The food was good enough to draw me back in. Would I recommend it? Yes, try at least once.

Went to Olive Garden in Brandon today and I was actually very surprised at how the restaurant was being run. It was so different from any other time being there. The staff, which there was many, were so kind, quick and literally going above and beyond to make each customer/table feel comfortable. Our waiter, Michael, was so attentive and so friendly. Also there was Gwen who was going to each table and taking care of each customer as if they were her family. Going to tables to take pictures fir them, helping an elderly lady up from the table or just checking on them. I enjoyed this visit and will continue to frequent Olive Garden and I really hope that they continue this type of service and atmosphere!!!

Our visit was well, we had a wait for our table but what busy restruant doesnt? We met some nice people with a little boy who was just the cutest! The food was amazing but the service not so well. The mints were frozen which we love it that way. Nice visit today!

This past weekend the 29th was my daughter’s first birthday, and I decided to celebrate here at Olive Garden. Not only did I have a large party, but Olive Garden made sure they accommodate me even though they don’t do reservations. The two servers that I had were amazing not only were they patient, but they were able to get all our food and everything we needed. I had over 30+ people from my party. I am beyond grateful of the service, and how wonderful they are to make this happen for my little girl
